Pac-Man players honestly get hit by their own stuff all the time, you get used to it. It's happened maybe 5 times where my opponent does this amazing setup and takes my stock, I always use up-taunt like "Nice job, respect". That's the stuff I love to see. I don't care if it happened to me.

Glutton is just a step lower than Tea. Statistically, Gluttony has been defeated too frequently to be comparable to Tea, despite their similar skill levels... But man, can they go toe to toe. Man, are they both so talented. If it means Tea and Gluttony can battle like this more often, I would say they're equals. Screw the results. The results are, I hardly see battles this good anywhere else.

it's supposed to be the best combo breaker for pacman, cause it usually puts the opponent in a weird situation if he lands on it. Gluto, instead, was like "oh, thanks for the lift dude, guess you're gone now"

What does OD mean? I've heard Nairo describe combos that way before. I assume he's not saying that combo is overdosed.

had to look it up myself a while ago. In fgc it means "overdoing" it, which is used for saucy, cute combos , complete annihilations of opponents or simply spiking sb after they already got gimped, which is overdoing in the most literal sense.

OD generally means "Over doing it", meaning that if a combo was OD, it was crazy, kind of like "you didn't have to do it to em", but basically most of the time it just means "that was insane"

It does mean overdosed but its just slang I dont know why they are telling you over doing it cause that makes no sense. Its not a gaming term it just mean like overkill

In a weird way, yea it does mean overdosed. Slang changes over time, and it went from “he ODed”, to “he’s OD”, to “that’s OD” since the early 2000s. Kinda how like “he’s the GOAT” became “he’s goated”.

I’m a wario hater and all but I don’t see the hype behind this combo.. all he did was use the pac platform to get another jump then pressed the cheap wario kill button after some fairly basic wario strings.

There are multiple reasons why this combo was ridiculous to many: 1) no one has ever done this before in bracket 2) Gluto showed quick thinking using the tramp to extend the combo 3) It brought him back into the game instantly

Not trying to offend anyone but honestly If you (people) can’t see why this was so hot that just shows a lack of understanding of the game itself. This is not a combo you can practice, it was a true combo om the fly from just seeing what was going on and adapting. 99% of the combos you see in this game can be practiced in training mode.
