Glyfada Stars | The ultra-luxurious One & Only Aesthesis on the Athenian Riviera is completed
The ultra-luxurious One & Only Aesthesis hotel located in the old Asteria Glyfada opens its doors at the beginning of October.
The Urban Resort as they describe it is one of the largest investments in the Athenian Riviera with a budget of 300 million euros, by the company Grivalia Hospitality.
The complex is housed in an area of 210 acres of protected forest area that extends to the beach and has 95 bungalows which were developed in the pre-existing building footprint of Asterias, so as to offer top level hospitality.
The complex consists of 95 bungalows, 18 residences and 2 ultra-luxury villas with private pools and gardens. There will also be a restaurant, beach and pool bar, spa, tennis courts, etc. As the crown jewel of the infrastructure, Villa One is being promoted, identified as characteristic of the One & Only brand philosophy.It is housed in an area of 1.4 acres and features, among other things, two bedrooms and a large swimming pool with a view. In fact, Villa One can be connected to Villa Nostos, the resort's second villa, to function as a four-bedroom villa. At the same time, in this "neighborhood" the so-called Epos Residence has also been developed, which also has two bedrooms.
Responsible for One & Only Aesthesis in Glyfada, i.e. the resort's general manager, is Jan Gilles, who estimates that "with One & Only Aesthesis, the renaissance of the Athenian Riviera and of a legendary resort which will function for many Greeks as connecting link between the past and the present".As he emphasizes, "visitors are treated to an experience inspired by the cosmopolitan life of the 60s and 70s, when the region was bustling with life and the country starred in much-discussed Hollywood productions." It is noted that the architecture of One & Only Aesthesis attempts to connect today with the design of the 60s.
The complex will also host an all-day restaurant, Ora, run by chef Hector Botrini, El Bar de Paco Morales, a pop-up dining space by Paco Morales, the Alelia bar and the beach and pool bar Minima . There is also a spa, fully equipped gym, tennis and paddle courts and a KidsOnly Club. The Beach Club and its cabanas are for adults only and will offer live music, food and drink.
