I have seen many recent games where first class players weaken her structure with g3 respectively g6 and give away their king's bishop for no good reason. (In this game it happened the other way around.) Seems to be a kind of fashion.
Hmmmm, it’s fun to watch Alexei win all these games but one would think that he is the greatest player ever, which he most definitely is not. He should of played in the World Championship against Kasparov some years ago but it all went sideways and it never happened, sad really .
