@@nav689 agreed I suppose I should have been more clear. I believe that one day those books or movies will come out when he retires after multiple championships.
so proud of the sport i love most! okc is a franchise thats setting the tone and paving the way for the others who need to do things via draft / trades
Someone should publish The Big Book of Sam Presti Analogies. He always makes such weird and interesting comparisons in these sessions. Keith Jarrett in Cologne! Buying house paint!
Year 16 of Thunder Basketball will be the most exciting year yet as we are continuing to usher in a young core of players in SGA, Chet, Josh, J-Dub, Lu, etc... and will be a process of how we like to play each and every game and how the players jell with each other on and off the court with chemistry... The only thing I would like to see this season is for Loud City to be truly back and making Paycom Center a difficult place for the opponents to play in... That comes with winning games.. In Presti We Trust
This plan he has is genius. Okc will be like a college environment with players. We can't keep all the picks .but we can develop some to flip for future picks.and the cycle of draft capital grows and continues to grow.
I love how Presti was telling us to be patient with the team and they were going to get better, but that might not translate to more wins or playoff appearances, and the Thunder are currently in the one seed in the west near the all star break.
