Congratulation Mr. Chung Yi Kwok, showing Wing-tchun useful at close-quarter combat and those of less physical and mental endurance. making use of - different directions/angles - cutting distances distances, attributes that makes the WT still of good use in everyday life, especially fopr everyday people. This is what feature makes Wing Chun highly suitable for beginners or those of weaker body structure, following a two- or three-step scenario: l. Bilding a bridge - establishing contact by way of the famous "Sticking hands", II. Getting engaged in a "dance" (often moving to sides") III. Taking control of the attacking limb - often from parrallel line and by shortening the distance, out of a sudden. Changionsg the "gears" from low-sleeping to accepting -to accelerated movements is only the cream of the cake. An example to follow by those willing to survive. Congratulations, Pavol Bajusz, retired instructor of Goju-ryu Karate (age 64) .
Samuel Kwok--likely the Greatest Grand Master we have today besides Master Wong Shun Leung (RIP). Samuel Kwok knows how to communicate Ving Tsun concepts the best--a students grasp is more complete.

You want all those kocky hormones sitting in micropores in the thigh...and rotting(?) steroids in the buttocks... you want that sheet to percolate upstairs really up. Then all that Cyber in the upper body, that needs to go downstairs into the perineum and even ankles.
At 2:04 one of the only Biu Jee intercepts against a punch to the head that I've seen in countless WC vids.. for some reason most WC sifu don't seem to understand the other uses of Biu Jee so punches to the head arent stopped effectively. In today's culture of Bully MMA most attackers will punch to the head 90 percent of the time. GM Samuel Kwok is probably the closest to my own lineage Yip Man / Leung Sheung, as far as his applications go. Most fighters from other styles dont seem to understand that the bones of the forearm are stronger than a fist and can easily control elbow attacks, so in a way I am glad, they can go on believing that WC doesnt work until they get a surprise from someone well trained.
