Gmail Business Email Not Receiving Emails [2024]

This was good information but it did not help me resolve my issue. I had to setup my MX records directly through Squarespace, and it was really just a click away. Thank you for sharing this though. These steps worked before for a different domain I setup.

Doesn't godaddy handle this for you in an automatic way? for me it shows the secondary domain is verified but still cant receive emails.

I need to do this but i pruchased my domain from goodle when i set up my email and now i am totally lost because the MX input area does not have the same input collumns like other DNS providers. It is absolutly infuriating and i need help.

Hey Pete. It looks like the MX records and process has changed for Google. I could be wrong, but it looks like there is only one MX record now.

Hello, Thanks for your simple video! I did these steps exactly but still I am not receiving in-coming email. I can send emails going out, but not coming in. My Google domain got purchased and migrated to Squarespace, not sure if this problem was the cause of braking my email service. Hence, I updated the MX records in Squarespace Domains console, but I do see that my domain still shows to be suspended due to SP can’t verified my business gmail, because of the same reason I suppose. Hence I wait to see what happens tomorrow.
