I was really touched by Abhik’s account of the contribution his wife and especially his dad made to his application process. We seldom realize that the people who know us the most are our parents. They have brought us up from childhood. It made me think really hard. I’m definitely going to seek my parents’ help when my turn comes. Thanks for this!

Abhik’s strategy for the Data Insights sections caught my attention. Can you dive a bit deeper into the types of exercises or practice questions that were game-changers for him, especially in improving speed and accuracy?

Good point. We often forget the extent to which our parents know about us. Remember, for this process to work, both your parents and you have to be objective.

Hearing about Abhik's MBA application process was the highlight for me! I'm keen to know more about how he chose the stories and experiences to highlight in his essays and interviews. Did he use any framework or advice that helped him decide what would resonate most with the Booth admissions team?

Thank you for your question. Finding the answers to such questions typically involve strong and systematic frameworks for Introspection. As Abhik pointed out, working with a good admissions consultant to help you differentiate with what's relevant and what's not can make a huge difference. Hope this helps. Happy learning!

This video has me motivated! I’m juggling a hectic schedule just like Abhik did. Could you share more about how he managed those days when everything seemed overwhelming and sticking to the study plan was particularly challenging? Any tips on staying resilient would be super helpful.

It is really important to know your why. Here is a video that talks about the same: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2HkvLf8eO-w.html

Incredible story! I noticed Abhik emphasized the importance of the error log, despite not being consistent with it initially. For someone struggling to maintain one, could Abhik or the e-GMAT team suggest how to effectively start and keep up with an error log?

Atul - the error log module in the e-GMAT course covers this. Here is a video for the same:ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rg3mBi428Fk.html

@egmat
@egmat 5 месяцев назад
For most people - about 3 months. There are some assumptions built into this estimate 1) You need a 150-point improvement. 2) You can put in 4-5 hours per day on weekends. Write to me at rajat@e-gmat.com if you need a more precise estimate.
