Video useful ONLY if you have tried preparing for CAT/XAT in the past. Not useful if you are preparing for GMAT and want to know how to score well. There is a lot of comparison with CAT. Which I was not looking for. Personal opinion only.
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. While it's true that a few points mentioned may resonate more with those who have prepared for CAT/XAT, some of the other pointers covered were more general and could be beneficial across various MBA entrance exams. Furthermore, as the title suggests, the purpose of the video was not to provide a definitive strategy for acing any specific exam but rather to offer insights into the test-taking experience and general opinions on the format and content. However, we understand that not all viewers may find this comparison relevant. In this regard, we want to assure you that we will be releasing more content specifically focused on strategies to score well on the new GMAT format. We value your input and encourage you to stay tuned for updates!

Maam.. I have 12 years experience in Pharma domain but I feel stuck with very little growth opportunities in my career. I am planning to go for GMAT and wish to get in to either of IIM ABC for 1 year MBA. Does this sound like a good plan, what ROI can I expect from this? Also, will GMAT help me get scholarship?
Yes, pursuing an MBA from IIM ABC through GMAT could enhance your career prospects, especially if you feel stuck in your current role. The ROI depends on various factors, including your current salary, career goals, and how effectively you leverage the MBA. Scholarships are available based on merit, and a strong GMAT score could increase your chances of securing financial aid.
Hi Mam, I have scored 86%ile in CAT. Want to give GMAT now. I need consolidated set of questions from each topic that I can solve and be ready for the exam. Currently information is very scattered and getting confused what and where to practice from. Please guide here and if gmatpoint will help here. Also, Are you teaching the course ?
Scoring a 750+ on the new GMAT is a challenging but achievable goal with dedicated and focused preparation. A two-month timeframe might be a bit rushed - it would be best to give a diagnostic test and identify your current level before deciding on a timeline. Given that you have already achieved a good percentile in the CAT exam, it indicates a certain level of aptitude and familiarity with test-taking strategies. However, since there are some differences in the question format, familiarising yourself with these dissimilarities takes priority.
First of all Congratulations🎉. I think Sayali Mam is currently Rank 1 across the Globe since there's no one in public domain who has scored 785 in GMAT FE. I would request Cracku to please share the ESR of Sayali mam. It would be very helpful.
Do you know what the weights are for Quant, Verbal & Data Insights? Are all three sections about 33% of the grade or is there more weight put on Verbal e.g. Verbal 50% Quant 25% Data Insights 25%?
Hi, On the new GMAT, the contribution of each Section score to the Total Score is equally weighted across sections. If you're looking for more insights regarding the exam format, scoring and level of difficulty, you can check out this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-esjmzmXvkDw.html All the best!
Hi Prannoy Dutta, we have launched GMAT practice platform already: gmatpoint.com/studyroom We will be launching more course options in the upcoming months
Congratulations ma'am for your terrific score! If possible, can you please answer how many high level questions (705/755+) one can encounter section wise , in the real exam if one goes high by accurately answering each question? Like I am practicing CR from GMAT Club as of now and am getting 60-70% correct in 705+ level questions and almost 80-95% in questions below that difficulty level. Is this good enough if one's target is 735+? Thank you
It is a bit challenging to index the question difficulty since GMAT doesn't provide access to the questions after the exam [and because the level of difficulty is often relative]. However, it is safe to expect at least 4-5 hard questions in each section. It would be prudent to try and improve your accuracy since each question counts, especially if you are targetting a high score. All the best!
Hi, since you are planning to purely focus your preparation towards the new GMAT, working on the GMAT Quant part would naturally make more sense. Begin by familiarising yourself with the question types and the variations in the expected level of difficulty. Clear your fundamentals and concurrently practise as many questions as possible. Make sure to take timed tests to improve your solving speed without compromising your accuracy. All the best!
Mam mai graduation ke 3rd part me hun mujhe GMAT ki taiyari kab se suru kar dena chahiye aur mai taiyari ke liye kahan se online course karu GMAT ke liye

To gain clarity on the question types tested on the GMAT focus edition, you can check out this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-p65po0RsEEs.htmlsi=bwV9jCkiI1DkQZe4 We currently offer a GMAT Focus Edition Practice Course containing a repository of GMAT-level questions (with video solutions). [So, if you are looking to solve questions, you can check out the course page here: gmatpoint.com/studyroom]. With regard to additional resources, we would recommend that you use the GMAT Focus Edition Official Guide and check out some of the free resources available on online platforms, such as GMAT Club. Since the GMAT is an adaptive test, it is quite different from the CAT or other MBA tests - you wouldn't be able to find previous "papers" in this regard. You can, however, find questions that were previously used on the GMAT. As for mock tests, you can purchase the Official mock tests on the mba.com website. All the best!
Hi, we would advise you to first gauge your current level of preparation and ability, which would help you figure out the extent of support you might need. Most test-takers supplement their preparation using the free resources available on forums such as GMAT Club. If you are looking to apply your concepts and practice questions in a timed format, you can check out our GMAT Practice platform: gmatpoint.com/studyroom
Hi maam, im Planning on giving GMAT with 2 months of prep, is it feasible? and will GMAT Practice Platform be sufficient? Im targeting 700 plus score. Kindly guide.
Acing the GMAT with 2 months of prep would largely depend on your current capabilities. If you are not well-versed with the test format and the concepts, it would be a bit challenging to target a 700+ score. Furthermore, the amount of time you can dedicate to the prep will likely decide the extent of improvement you'll show in terms of your scores. Hence, it is essential to gauge your current ability to fare well on the test and to assess the time available for the exam prep. As far as the study material is concerned, the Practice Platform will be an excellent source for practising GMAT-level questions (assuming you are well-versed with the concepts). You could couple it with the Official Guides and Mock Tests available on the official website. You could also rely on websites such as GMAT Club, which offers a great repository of questions to practice as well (among other resources).

Our Practice Platform currently does not have any concept videos; it only contains practice tests. You can supplement your concept building by using the practice tests (since merely learning concepts without applying them would be ineffective). We are still in the process of developing and releasing a comprehensive course for GMAT Focus Edition. Stay tuned to our channel for relevant updates regarding our upcoming course offerings!
I want to start now in june month (13th june onwards) . I gave CAT last year and looking for professional coaching . What services you offer and how to contact you ?

4:31 what are those 4 types, and can you plz make the replica of these and CR question which are different from cat syllabus, can you plz make replica question and do a youtube session for that...
Hi, You could turn to GMAT Club to practice questions from older OGs - they have a dedicated section for GMAT RC. You can find various passages to practice and information on the right approaches to solving certain question types. Developing a reading habit is also essential - regularly read articles from reputable sources like Aeon, The Economist, The Guardian, The Atlantic, Scientific American, etc. These publications have articles that are similar in style and complexity to GMAT RC passages. You can also check out our Free Daily Targets: gmatpoint.com/gmat-daily-target we usually provide free access to our verbal practice tests for the day!
A quick feedback - You should add a screenshot of the score or some sort of proof. There's a lot of fake videos out there, so that lends credibility. Thanks for the tips though, that helped
Thank you for your feedback! Your point about credibility is absolutely right! We did create a short video of the Official Score Report - you can view it here: ru-vid.comXhZKuFpjvBs
