I don’t know I mean my case of cp is mild I have the ability to walk and I do use afos but only when I’m doing outdoor activities so when I’m inside I walk independently without afos it’s only when I doing stuff outside I can’t go up or downstairs by myself I need someone behind me while I use the stairs and that’s it although I think certain activities I would typically need more help than normal people obviously because of my disability so I think I might be a level 1 or 2 maybe 🤔 if I wrong please reply but yeah also I don’t actually know if afos count as walking help things because they don’t actually like I not holding on to something
That is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard in my life I'm a person with cerebral palsy and I can tell you that the best way to help your child is to get as much therapy as you can on the legs and their arms and don't listen to these doctors who take the easy way out to tell you to put them in a electric wheelchair and that will benefit the quality of life no it will not benefit their quality of life I've been in a wheelchair now for 29 years due to an accident and I can tell you is in cerebral palsy person I wish I would have never got into an electric wheelchair now I'm using my manual more and more but the damage to my insides into my system maybe irreversible so please anyone that reads this please keep your child away from doctors that would tell you the easy way is to put them in electric wheelchair or a manual wheelchair whenever you can let your child be who your child is and keep them from doing that it would be better off for them believe me
