Take that walk and speed it up up to get the heart rate to increase and be glad by praising God for reasons you can think of. When you have to deal with life and it ain't the best then deal with it and shake it off as soon as you can. With God all things are possible, so skip the cake and ice cream and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea or something

Shabbat Shalom from Arkansaw. Can you really trust the labels on food products?? Avoid the obvious red flags and when you give thanks for your meals. Pray Abba Father kills the cooties in what you are eating.

You can do your own research but so far, GMO wheat is not available in the US. Argentina has recently developed GM wheat, you might want to look out for that.

i"m sorry but malathion isn't hardly used in wheat production anywhere in the United States, it's used on less than 5% of Wheat acres in the US. it's actually used more commonly on fruits and vegetables The real issues are additives and processing, please don't spread false statements not based on real data (: shame on you all:( . There is not such thing as GMO wheat in the United States.
