To answer Brooke's question, if we waited for the toxins to pass via booty, the GI system would have already absorbed all the harmful substances and we would perish. So the body is doing us a favor by allowing us to throw up the toxins early on in the GI tract (aka when it's in the stomach) so it can get rid of said toxins before they enter our body system. In michigan i remember in 6th grade camp we went to the YMCA camp thing and they made us all reenact the Underground Railroad and everybody was crying and they were swearing using slurs and everything 😭 it was so scary, I couldn’t imagine in 3rd grade 😂😩
born & raised in the pnw & I can confirm, bald eagles are so normal here!! I see them at least once a week & every time it’s like the first time I’ve seen them lol. next time you’re in Oregon, go to the Oregon zoo & you can go into the bald eagle exhibit!
When I used to live in Iowa, we were near a huge lake and there were hundreds of bald eagle nests. It was really neat to see them and their babies fly around.

Okay picture THIS - I’m in grade 7, learning about world war 2. The teacher tells us we are going to do a simulation where she picks those of us who would have been chosen to be in a concentration camp (I had red hair therefore I would have been a gypsy), and we had to go hide ANYWHERE in the school while two male teachers wandered around banging on the doors and searching for us (as the gestapo). I hid for two entire periods before eventually the teacher whose class I was hiding in told me I should come out of hiding. Like, whaaaaat?!

You can see eagles in PA. I used to see them visiting valley forge growing up. They are all over the US, they just have a larger population in Alaska. Their range extends all the way down to Mexico.

I grew up in Lancaster Pennsylvania and there are almost a concerning amount of bald eagles there. Sometimes you would see 3 at a time. Maybe the Amish are breeding them
Teachers really crack the code with knowing kids will do and want anything as long as it seems sacred or a prize 😂. Kids going crazy over a bag of cat fur does not surprise me cause I know I would’ve been jumping for joy if I was one of the only kids that got it in the class
Brooke I was a biochem, psych, and philosophy student and I’d love to sit down with you and go through whatever you’d like and we can learn together- I’m thinking whiteboards with enough different markers to color code, some take apart models for visualizing and understanding how certain parts work together to operate the whole, of course computers/iPads whatever, and I’m thinking about making a Venn diagram and tier list mashup chart to help relate how different ideas can work together (actually I think this mashup chart idea could be like a groundbreaking tool for everyone on the pod and everyone listening, for example I’m thinking being able to list tier rankings AND can/cannot be in the same room status at the same time with visual clarity….) it kills me when you get dismissed or passed over, I’m constantly like hey I’d like to hear the rest of her thought actually? Gee thanks 😂 let’s normalize unrelentingly telling Connor he’s wrong at any given moment too at the very least
