The first time I heard that song was a few years back when my cousin died, Terri Gibbs sang that at his funeral. They had been classmates in Augusta, Ga. It was awesome to hear her sing it in person. And Bird, you did a good job singing this Vince Gill song!!

This song always brings tears to my eyes. Makes me remember those I’ve loved, and lost. It’s a good song, but it brings tears to my eyes. I’ve been close to suicide, and ready to give it all up. I would’ve gone to Hell, but this song stopped me. Somehow it made me realize that life might be hard, but in the end... It’ll all be worth it, as we will all go rest high on that mountain. We will sing our Lord’s praises, and shall see that golden gate guarding the endless shores of Heaven. May God bless you all, and may we all continue to praise our Lord and Savior. -Curtis Lee 2020
