Absolutely beautiful! Wow, I'd love to be able to get lost in doing something like this! It must be so good for the soul and mind. Incredible!

If you have snow or soft sand to jump in to, it can really help. Other then that, it is VERY important to commit; the biggest reason to why people fall is becouse they "chicken out" once in the air. Sorry for my poor choice of words; english is not my first language. My tip would be to work it over water, and then snow or sand, and then soft grass or soft moss. If it is scary to commit, nice music can help, as long as it doesn't boost your adrenaline: adrenaline often clouds the sight. =)
