I really respect KJ's assessments. I listen to his podcast weekly. Very credible when he discusses the good, bad, and ugly about the Seahawks performance, players, trades, coaching, etc. Helps me not spiral down into the Legion of Gloom and Doom after bad losses.

As fans, we gotta stay out of Geno's way and out of his head, constantly calling for him to be benched, cursing him out for taking a sack or missing a pass. Dwelling on his shortcomings makes it a lot harder for him to improve. They are still an above 0.500 team, they still have yet to play the toughest stretch of their schedule, and to be constantly irritated by the noise around the team, not coming from the players but from the fans, it will wear him out faster. It may be frustrating to watch from the stands or on the couch at home, but if we're feeling the pressure, Geno is DEFINITELY feeling the heat. Being booed at home isn't a great feeling, and it doesn't change the situation for them on that possession. If you had a chorus of strangers at your work, screaming at you to be better, cussing you out for mistakes, and making calls for you to be fired, how would you handle it? Positive reinforcement is far more effective, and while he's getting it from his coaches and teammates, it has to come from us as well. We need him to succeed. He WANTS to be the best version of himself. We can help him get there by expressing our open support. Getting to the apex of the mountain means we all have to lift each other up.
