This ties in nicely with and adds colour to your previous videos regarding it 'being an illusion that one can do anything''. From one perspective, assuming a flow state leads to the automatic performance of the above steps. From another, the completion of the above steps leads one into a flow state. They may seem contradictory but they're not. In my experience, the adoption (or claiming) of an identity in line with one's vision, as you've expressed in previous videos, is the most efficient and effective method of getting and staying in the flow (whilst also being committed to one's goals). Thanks again, Joseph. Your videos are a wonderful resource for me and consistently help me clarify my understanding of these concepts. ❤️

Very unexpected video to appear in my recommendation while being in a flow state. Couldn't think that anyone described my state of being so precisely. Meeting people there that are aware of flow, i want to ask. Do smoking cigarettes breaks your flow? I am a regular smoker. My experience with flow is that whenever I don't smoke cigarettes for a day, I can feel everything you described in this video, but immediately as i smoke a single cigarette my flow breaks. Not only flow breaks, but sometimes i lack energy to do anything. I asked a lot of friends if they feel the same, but they don't(with just one exception, my childhood friend). I just want to ask if anyone felt the same 😅

I know what flow is and I've been there a few times in my life, I believe I overthink it sorta breaks my flow. Most of the stuff I manifest it's not from a place of flow but now at least I know that.

I know that feeling when washing the dishes. It's almost like having my body on autopilot as my mind flows with thoughts.

Focus is fantasizing about the Finish line. Therefore, the only reason a person fails is broken focus. Laser Focus, becomes concentration. Concentration is the channeling of Willingness toward the completion of a specific task or objective. One's Will is the key to the door of the SOUL. One's Will is the Power to Overcome/ Conquer an Obstacle or an Enemy. Sustained concentration charts a Course toward the Pinnacle of Desire which is Passion. Perched on the Pinnacle of Desire is Genius. Genius is a Person, a Loyal Servant. Once approached He will ask, " How can I assist you?" Agreement is the Fruit of WILLINGNESS. Agreement occurs when two WILLS CONNECT. Coming into Agreement with Genius produced Obsession. Obsession is the Object of one's Passion. Obsession is the Fire that consumes one's Time. Time is a Spiritual Temperature Gauge. Time is the Fuel that feeds your Obsession. You will only be remembered for your Obsession.

I need help, I can't help myself. Everything I do fails. I've been a failure for 24 years straight and still can't get or keep a job long enough to make a living or provide for myself. I try to feel good and be positive, I go on interviews and se times I get a job but it doesn't last long, I'm not good at anything and no one cares for my art.
