I trained in TKD from the age of 9 until I was in my 20’s and I had to stop because of what the sport has become....can’t stand watching tourny’s these days.
tunkat wins if his opponent has no tactics. but with good opponents, he cant score. especially with new scoring. he kick strong but with little accuracy
No its not forbidden it's just rare for tkd players to use thier arms/hands. There are two types of tkd WTF(world Taekwondo Federation) which only you can kick on the head or the body. You cannot kick below the waste. You can punch but only at the body armor. ITF (International Taekwondo Federation) you only wear gloves and and idk what the thingy is called where you put on your legs so imma call it Leg gloves. You can puch anywhere on the body even on the head. The point system is still the same To me ITF is better even though i never tried it since there's only WTFs here but WTF aint bad If you want to win a street fight with WTF taekwondo i suggest you learn boxing too cuz kicks aren't always effect in street fights
Thanks for the explanation. I've always been an admirer of TKD practitioners. Their kicks are just beyond awesome but I thought they'd become more effective fighter if they use their arms as well.
first i watck taekwondo videos so im so in volved with it i ask my mom to join me in the taekwondo after i satrted go ther there iis full of boredd i waited three years to start sapring but my master didnt do paractice with the class
