I am in India at the moment, travelling around and have a small channel. It's wonderful to see homestay businesses and GTDC should encourage them to maintain the local flavour and bring in families for a decent living. This will enable owners to maintain their heritage and also reduce the need for fancy hotels with not-so-fancy prices and services..... keep it up Moses with wonderful information 👍🏻
Sad to say, improper planning, lack of infrastructure, corruption, will make life difficult both for Goans and tourists alike. The thrust is on for huge resort and hotel facilities, which will increase cost of holidaying in Goa. High rate of Goans migrating outside India will deprive the true essence of Goa. Government sponsored Communal fundamentalism is a thing unheard-of in the peaceful Goa in the past.

Hi, thank you very much for the great videos. I am traveling to GOA in December with my wife, mother and brother and want to book two accommodations. I have already booked accommodation on Palolem Beach for the first week and now I don't know where to book the second accommodation. Do you have a hint for me? The beach should be quiet and relaxed, but there should also be enough restaurants. We don't need a party, but one or two bars would be great.

I have heard that GOA police harass tourists unnecessarily during seasons time like Oct to Dec and ask for money. Not sure if that is true. Please help share some preventive measures on this topic. Thanks!
