Dabolim Airport or Goa Airport (IATA: GOI, ICAO: VOGO) is the sole International Airport in Goa. It is operated by the Airports Authority of India as a Civil Enclave in a Military Airbase named INS Hansa. The airport is located in Dabolim, 4 kilometers from the nearest city Vasco da Gama, 23 kilometers from Margao, and about 30 Kilometers from the State Capital Panjim.[5]
The airport's Integrated Terminal was inaugurated in December 2013. In Fiscal Year 2017-18, the airport handled over 7.6 million passengers. Several European charter airlines fly to Goa seasonally, typically between November and May. Flights from the UK (London Gatwick and Manchester Airport) are operated by TUI Airways. There are also several seasonal charter flights to various Russian cities. Due to capacity constraints at the terminal and Air Traffic Congestion due to a strong military and naval presence, a second airport at Mopa was proposed. It is under construction with scheduled completion in 2020.

Upon arrival at Goa International Airport Dabolim avail of 46 seater A/C Volvo Coach parked just outside the arrival gate. Leaving Airport at 1.30pm to Panaji and Calangute. Leaves Calangute ground 11am via Panaji daily. Straight walk into the coach, conductor will issue tickets. This service was launched on 12th May 2017. Update: There are more a/c coaches from Airport to Panaji Calangute eff. April 2018. leaving 8am, 13, 13.30, 14.30, 17.30 & 18hrs. check schedule here flic.kr/p/25sYeg9. Atleast, 2-3 out of 7 are operating, try your luck. If you are not with heavy baggage or with just one handbag, try taking local buses to Vasco and Margao, plenty buses during the day 6am-8pm say every 10 minutes. Direct buses available from Vasco to Panaji.. and from Margao to Palolem, Colva, Canacona. Please ask here if you need more info.
