Written goals have a very strong impact on actual manifestation.
If you have not yet made your plan for 2024, you can still do it today/this week.
If you have already made a plan, here are some ideas to improvise it further…
Goals should be inspirational but must have numbers - quantity and time.
Goals have to be SMART
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Realistic
Time Bound
The goals should be;
Personal Development Goals
Financial Independence Goals
Health & Wellbeing Goals
Spiritual Goals
Relationship Goals
Personal Development Goals
- Define how many books to read
- Define any skill development class to attend.
- Define any Course to attend.
- Define any seminar to attend.
- Or any other activity with Personal development as the key idea.
Financial Independence Goals
- Invest in anything that starts compounding with time without your constant involvement.
- Example, SIP, Stocks, Property, Gold, Social Media Contents, Writing a book, Creating an online Class Content, etc.
Health and Well-being Goals
- Make a commitment to invest at least 40 minutes to 60 minutes in physical activities
- Gym, Yoga, Cycling, Playing an outdoor game or similar daily (or at least 300+ days in 2024).
- Make a commitment to eat healthy.
- For the above two initiatives join a community, else may not be easy to create the habit.
Spiritual Goals
- Invest at least 15~20 minutes in praying, meditation, reading holy books, or watching relevant online videos, as per your faith and belief.
- This will keep you grounded all the time both on good and bad days.
Relationship Goals
- Make conscious plans to spend quality time with family and friends.
- Give priority to physical meetings as much as possible.
- Give preference to telephonic calls over WhatsApp messages while greeting people of importance in life.
- Or any other planned way to invest in any relationship.
Daily Journaling
- Make Daily Journaling a way of life in 2024
- The best time for Journaling is early in the morning or just before sleeping.
