Good to know that the boulder performs better than the nomad, I've been wondering myself! you'll get better watts from both by setting up at an angle (so the panel is perpendicular to the sun--pain to move around all day, though) and even more watts by plugging in together. there should be a port on the boulder where you can plug the nomad in, and the output from the boulder will have the current generated by both.

The boulder will always be more efficient due to the glass design. But if you angle them with the kickstands you'll get more power out of them.

Still would rather have the portability of the Nomad 100
