Goan Cucumber Cake| 

Today's recipe is a Goan Teatime Cake recipe ,No eggs ,No butter,No Flour & No Sugar..A must try.Have this with a hot cup of tea and you'll be in sheer bliss.This is my Mom's recipe and she used to make this occassionally and it used to get eaten in less than 24 hours..it's so very delicious.I know Cucumber & Cake?????
