☝🏻Wow He is blaming TCP & PDA for Clearing the File but PDA gave him 38 Observations, Permissions to be obtained before issuing Final Construction Licence failing so they can hold or reject the File or still wait for 30 days so by default next course of action follows... but same meeting day they gave Licence without local Health NOC, without Pollution Control Board Noc and without Site inspection with all Panch members, local site residents and other stake holders and he says he is with the people. On Licence issuance day people were present for members meeting on 11th March 2024 along with Opposition panch members but he bypassed our legal objections and passed file with majority 7 verses 4 Lastly during Gramsabha People Objected he said to all Opposing Gramsabha members to go to Court as he cannot help people nor Revoke it but now he blames people and still says he is with people Double standard by this selfish Pillay a member of Bhutani Agents of BJP and faltu Leader of BJP Ruling 7 Panch members Panel of Sancoale Panchayat
Maurelo looks like you have less knowledge about the new amendment. Once the TCP gives technical clearance even if panchayat or BDO reject the file or application licence still in proceed. These are not my words but it is a new amendment and panchayat has limited power and it is published in herald newspaper. You challenge me I will give you the paper cuttings if needed so don't blame the panchayat and it always majority counts even if the opposition oppose. Same like bills in assembly passed with majority ,all matters in body meeting passed in majority.
This majority will not work in the High court, this elected Sarpanch and ward members are uneducated the Panchayat secretary is supporting illegality,if secretary before issuing construction licence verify the Title documents he/she can revoke the permission which was granted
If TCP is the final authority, why the file is sent to panchayat. Let me tell you one thing, panchayat has every right to reject the file if the villagers don't want this project. Every such projects should be discussed at the gramsabha. We are not fool's.
