OMG, so many lies. 1. The constriction as done by an immigrant(the Goan Lady husband ), he constructed the house , light and water was taken in the wife name as he could not do it. He came to Goa to work in the queries Years ago. Reported have not done due diligence in reporting this matter. 2. The demolition was carried out in the morning during daylight hours. But reported that the demolition was done at night at 1130PM. Reported have not done due diligence in checking the facts before reporting this matter. 3. They were not living in the area for 40 yrs, reported had to do due diligence by check with people in the area . Again wrong information has been circulated. 4. They were given notice since 2007, but did not bother to look for alternative. Reported never reported the this facts. PRUDENT MEDIA GOA however reported this fact. 5. All members of the family were working(Husband, wife, son and daughter), The man of the house (The immigrant /Husband of the Goan Lady) use to charge 1000Rs /day when he use to come for work. Yet they did not look for alternative. Reporting are giving an example to Outsiders, The reporters act is just saying “Move to Goa, marry a goan girl, then built an illegal house in other people property and when it is demolished all Goan reported/low grade politician for the sake of publicity will come and help them to make money and get land

FILE AN F I R at the local police station. TAKE A COPY OF THE F I R. Write a complaint to the Sarpanch, local mla, asking for action against the culprit and ask for compensation. Take a copy of all the letters with acknowledgement. File a case in the court. Nobody can forcefully evict anyone especially during the raining seasons. The affected persons can stay in the hotel and let the culprit pay for the expenses, till the house is restored. The residents of the house are not staying illegals for almost 40+ years
