First match you had a game early on just continue what you did snatch the abyss soldier some in the monarch but actually use monster I mean premature reborn reborn acid attack for a total of 7200 damage and then set the ring and ring for game
Hi bro ! Tnx for new video ! I wanted to ask you: what do you think about oversleeves? Would you use them? And another question, would you make a deck profile?
I used oversleeves in my advanced deck and they were alright, I just prefer the single sleeves now. Also regarding deck profiles, yeah I've done a few but idk if I want to do one for this deck haha, I'm not a goat control player so I don't know what insight I could offer into the deck personally.
@@Calvin-YGO i was going to get secret kycoos and spies, but instead i bought another beatdown deck since most of cards are available in common or rare haha
Nice Video Calv :) Just wonderung, why are you never ringing the breaker, before he shoots his counter? The prio is only on getting the counter, not on the second effect. So if your opp uses the counter to destroy the second set card, you will lose two cards, after you ring breaker on his attack...
@@teenspirit1948 Priority on Breaker is to shoot a backrow, counter gain is mandatory. Usually I wait to see what they do with the Breaker and if they shoot the Ring then I can chain.
@@Calvin-YGO You can check the rulings, breaker only has prio to get the counter :) so if breaker gets summoned, you chain ring on getting counter and each player takes 1600 dmg, also your opp cant shoot :) for the bright future :P
@@teenspirit1948 I know the rulings, Breaker’s effect to gain a counter is mandatory, which isn’t affected by priority at all. Once the mandatory chain to gain the counter is resolved the player controlling the Breaker then has priority to remove the counter for cost (making it 1600) to attempt to destroy a backrow card. In situations where I have multiple backrow it’s not worth it for me to instantly blow the Breaker up if my opponent is going to hit something chainable like a Jar. It’s actually more worth it for me to hold onto the Ring for a play later in the game. If they happen to hit the Ring then obviously yes I might as well get some value off of it but if I Ring first I’ve given them the effect without them doing anything essentially as they’ve gotten rid of a backrow.
Gracias por un nuevo video 🎉 Tengo una duda: En el primer duelo 5:00 min El chico tenía 8 cartas en mano después de su Draw Phase, ¿Que no se supone que el máximo de cartas en mano es 6? 😅
22:53 opponent has 2 goat tokens here, you seem to attack directly, but the tokens look kind of camouflaged =) not that it really mattered in this case, just wanted to mention
1:33:41 i think you cant activate abyss soldier effect twice, because its only once per turn, btw didnt matter because you had ring of destruction, but just to let you know that missplay. Great video
Would be great to see your match record somewhere so that if I can know where you stand If I only have time to watch some of the video and want to skip to a specific match.
Against burn, would you ever consider siding out ring of destruction? I know its a good out for almost any monster, but could be a dangerous card against burn specifically right? Thoughts on this? :D
@@blurry9744 I think Ring has too many applications against burn to take out like clearing a token to make plays or end the game, you just gotta be careful with it.
@@suuni2478 If Gigantes is properly summoned the first time you can bring him back with cards like Premat/Call which he was earlier that game. Same thing with BLS/Sorc.
@46:35 would you be able to special summon through cyber jar even though you just activated Scapegoat that turn? I think Spy/Breaker would go to hand. Judging by the rest of the game (and the sheer amount of card advantage) I don't think it mattered.
@@Calvin-YGOim pretty sure it's mandatory. None of the erratas or goat format rulings support it being optional. Should let the zombie player know that for next time
@@Calvin-YGO It actually is your job when its a mandatory effect. If you were unaware that its mandatory then it's fine, we learn and move on. But if you were aware that it's mandatory and chose to not remind your opponent of it, that is considered cheating by konami tournament policy.
Love thebvideos but you definitely need more practice playing this format. It's HEAVY ON skill and card playing you where supposed to win that first game.
