Don't worry Zito, i remember that entire segment of TFS at the table, it was a beautiful campaign.

Man, I'm thankful for Otho bringing up the Empty situation again. Was afraid the parallels between Milo's sudden mistrust of Empty and the United Clergy of Orun were gonna go unutilised. I hope Milo can use this to evaluate his own biases and not just be angry at Otho for bringing it up, because it's a very nice opportunity for growth.

Damn, I loved that scene of inner party conflict. Makes them feel so real having differing opinions

Milo was willing to let an assassin hired to kill him and his friends go completely free and gave him money, but Empty is a little mysterious and hes accusing them of being an agnent of Noct and completely mistrusts them. Kind of hypocritical of him.

Oh god that mimic ship gave me flashbacks to the D&D campaign that got me into D&D, Thank you Zito.

I think one of my favorite parts of campaign two is all the different countries the party gets to go to an explore. Also I'm like Isqan and so I also like the map making part. Also for anyone who is interested I did post the final damage totals for the first campaign on the epilogue. I just finished the rewatch of campaign after many months.

This episode and subsequent encounter definitely gave me some great laughs!

I keep seeing people argue about Milo being an inconsistent character. Guys calm down. I know it’s frustrating but it’s fine. It’s Gaijin’s character and he can play him however he wants and getting butt hurt cause “why doesn’t he trust this character when everyone else seems to and he did this but how could he do that when he burns people” relax. Also if this is affecting your ability to enjoy this campaign and its story then it’s more your problem.

I gotta say I appreciate Monty lightening the mood of that first conversation, it was a bit heavy to start the episode with though definitely very real and necessary, but Monty’s humorous cutaway jokes gave it just the right amount of levity

33:13 this whole conversation, to me at least, shows how inconsistent Milo’s character is. He’s okay hiring mercenaries that tried to kill them and welcome into their castle, he’s fine with a crazy gargoyle going into the castle, he’s okay with a man-made dragon that has been mind controlled for YEARS going into the castle and he’s okay with releasing a bounty hunter (who also tried killing them) because he felt bad for them instead of arresting them because he sees the good in all people… But draws the line at Empty for asking for permission because he doesn’t trust them… Otho has a solid point that he’s acting just like the Oron Clergy being quick to judgment and accusing people of being agent of Noct. Milo goes from being the goodytooshoes that sees the good in everyone to being this merciless killing machine that burns people alive for stealing from a bakery and not trusting someone for asking for permission to enter their castle… it’s because of this that I really don’t like Milo… he’s very inconsistent…

I hate to comment on events as they happen but milo is becoming more like a uoc cleric and it's weird to watch. Milo was super nice and patient with empty but now because he passed an insight check he resorted to getting physically confrontation with otho and now is trying to justify unwarranted hatred towards a person he used to offer toast. Milo dosent know anything about empty but has already made a judgment call on what is basically a gut feeling and is about to turn his holy hand grenade against "an agent of noct." Not even otho has gotten violent with the party after several times meeting the types of people who kept him imprisoned and ruined his life, he let the party make friends with ogres and goblins dispight having real reason to hate and distrust them. Still he never let it affect his judgement of his companions and never "grabbed them by their collar." I don't know if I can ever think of milo as another example of the inherent bigotry and violence displayed by the uoc, the End might have manipulated them but they were more than willing to show to world how the light burns.

Bosco, Connor if you see this let Gaijin know I got his back. Milos behavior while I don't condone it makes sense, and that was a great character moment.

It’s interesting that Milo claims to be a good person, yet he’s the one that voted to exploit the labors of his skeletal countrymen, on the grounds that they don’t need to eat or sleep. *TWICE.* …and then he starts pointing fingers like just like *they who shall not be named* and gets all huffy when he’s called out on his BS. Milo’s kind of a closet jerk.

Spoilers! I'm back to give my two cents! Party conflict, heck yeah. Goat poem?? HECK YEAH! Honestly when it started I was very sleepy and laying down in bed, so while listening to it I thought it was about Brutus and Ky?? And I looked at the twitch chat and I was like OH SHOOT RIGHT STILLHAVITY AND NECRECTA COOL?? But also not confirmed I don't think so interpretations everywhere?? I passed out after that and listened to the rest the next day, after I had taken a test and was exhausted. So bosco's absolute "I am so confused and tired idk what's happening anymore" toward the BOAT MIMIC hit me in a relatable way and made me laugh so, ty for that!! I have no problem with Montys "I digress", it doesn't annoy me or anything BUT I would love to go back through Alton Frontiers and count how many times she says it, just for my own entertainment.
