Finisher @mj_van full body training session with a couple sets of these “21’s”
Most folks do “21’s” for biceps but we switch it up a bit and make it spicy 🌶️ for the legs.
Try to slow down the movement of these and not use momentum in and out of the bottom position.
Do 2-3 sets with 60 seconds break, enjoy.
