Is this book going to be released as an e-book? I live in Ecuador and buying a copy is difficult for me. Having it as an e-book will alllow me to have it in my Kindle :)

I would really like to get a copy of the retreat as I am an opera singer and have a company in Austria Europe with whom I would like to do this retreat together. Only, I can’t bye it as it is not available for Austria in Europe. How is it possible to solve this problem?

I have a serious question. I am 19 years old and I just recently understood the purpose of sex. Essentially as you mentioned it is to only be used for procreation otherwise you may turn your spouse into and object for your own personal pleasure. Im doing well abstaining from sexual temptation in college but I want to be prepared for marriage if I am called to it. Is receiving or giving oral sex wrong since it does not create life? Thanks

Assuming you mean intentionally ejaculating outside the vagina, then yes. Everyone who respects _Humanae Vitae_ and earlier prohibitions on contraception, or indeed sodomy, would agree to that. There should also be general agreement that intentionally bringing the woman to orgasm outside the completed sexual act is immoral. That having been said, oral-genital contact (between spouses, of course) itself is not sinful. Furthermore, JP II taught that it is important that both the man and the woman experience orgasm within the act. Ideally this would be a mutual climax, but if that's not possible, additional effort is permitted, or indeed salutary, either after or before the man's.

So is this a retreat based around that book? Is the book a guide for the retreat?

The retreat is at the beginning of the book and the reflections and commentary after it unpack the retreat in different ways and act as a guide if you want it.
