Candace, thank you for addressing your positivity. I've been praying to be more joyful and it is so comforting to hear that much of it is a practice and learned discipline. I've gotten discouraged thinking that I just am not predisposed to be joyful. The fact that it can be learned and honed gives me so much hope!

Joy flows out of your relationship with God. Praise and thanksgiving to God will cause the Holy Spirit who lives in you to overflow out of you with joyfulness. There is a scripture that says “put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” Obedience to God by the Holy Spirit will bring you the joy of the Lord. Blessings!

I am JUST recently coming to know GOD! I just got my woman's study bible a few days ago and I am so excited when I get to read it... NONE of my friends, nor my husband are religious... So I feel a bit strange... But I am finally after 35 years of a blessed life starting a real relationship with GOD. I have always believed and always tried to be a good person and prayed here and there... But I never truly believed with my whole heart... And to be honest, I still have some doubts about Jesus and whether or not he is truly our lord and savior... But I definitely believe in GOD... So I hope by praying more and talking to Jesus and reading the Bible that my eyes will be opened and my heart will believe fully.
Lord Jesus please Bless these two daughters of Yours so that they can participate in Building Your Glorious Kingdom Come. Emmanuel is with us girls ! Amen.

I love your new podcast! I really got a shift in my thinking from these first 2 podcasts! I will think of the word differently when I read it. And a general change to see God in everything! It's something I've always tried but failed in the long term; this made it so simple!
I love that their is a podcast that can uplift and be clean in material. A podcast that christian practicing individuals can listen too with their families and not have to worry about obsene language, naked clothing, twerking and talking people's business but just discussing healthy attitudes and God's love
The response I have to the question people ask you 2 - how do you stay so positive? - my personal response is - How do you NOT stay positive? - there is joy in every day for what God gives us. The sun and the earth and the air. We each have reasons to smile and be happy. This is from a single mom who has had struggles. However I do stay positive.😊

Wow! I love this conversation ! I like how you made it simplified version of love is God , God is love! Wow! I struggle with love and who God is. Parents avoided anything to do with church or who God was while I was growing up. I never felt loved by my parents as whenever I wanted to be loved I was always refused to get hugs or not told I was loved or good enough. I struggled with having a relationship with my earthly father and now struggle even more how to have a relationship with God my Heavenly Father. I’m a mom and wife with both the loss of our special needs daughter age 11 in 2011 . As well as both my parents now gone with only my husband and his family and our kids only family I have . I’m child of God needing to understand how have a relationship with my Heavenly Father and wanting to be loved as child of God. Thank you for this podcast episode conversation breaking down and better understanding who God is and how God is love.

I love the statement about “roll it up to God” meaning that any goodness that we receive or blessings or things that bring us joy, do not stop with us but when we acknowledge God, we give Him the praise and we roll the credit up to Him!

When I hear or read the wishes of people who say, for example, "Trust that life will bring you the best", I thought that I cannot trust "life", but I know that it is "GOD" and if I I think that I am in the hands of GOD, so I can trust Him. I love that! I'm picking up my walk with God again after years of being in the world and I notice the more I'm in my Bible, the more im in my prayer journal, the more I'm taking time to listen to these podcast with more like minded Christ like people, the more I'm spending time in prayer. Is the more I become like my father without even knowing it. I will catch myself in the midst of gossip and I'll start to pray I catch myself thinking something negative and I'll hear the little voice go "but what would my father do?" I find myself more cheerful and happy to help at work and at home. It's amazing and the more I spend time with the lord the more I want to and it's beautiful and evident that he really is after your heart to change your life. ❤
As Candace said, "GOD will convict you of many things over time." GOD has certainly convicted me: from the way I dress to the way I eat (especially how much I eat. Our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah!

God is also a consuming fire. He hates sin. Psalm 7:11 "God is angry with the wicked everyday" People try to excuse their sin using the love as a protection but we can't forget that Gos is Holy.
When Jesus spoke to people, he never concerned himself with how people would take his words or if they thought he was being rude, because not everything is peaches and cream when Truth is spoken. Truth is Truth and that's all. Personally I can't believe you could be rude in any way because you're so filled with love and compassion, even when the world is going insane. btw. thank you for keeping your movies so wholesome!!! At 15:00 I was getting overwhelmed it was the second podcast in a row I watched and I ask myself why do I get overwhelemed everytime I learn more about God. I said to myself I'm going to google it and then I stopped myself and I said no I'm going to ask God and then about 15:15 Candace segways and discussed the overwhelming feeling new believers get. Then I realized, after trying to get the timing right she started to segways at 15:15 of new beleivers which 515 is my birthday. God just amazes me. ♡ ❤️

I have no stake in this company but I also purchase temporary tattoos by Dwell Differently monthly. A modern phylactery in a way! 😁

I believe everyone will receive their own Damascus road experience, in this life or the next.... I believe everyone will be afforded what Thomas was. As Thomas famously stated "I WILL NOT believe until I see for myself"....this will be the case for many, but ultimately the world will be saved because Jesus is the savior of the world. Shalom.
I love CCB and have seen other videos of her talking about different things related to Christianity. Although I'm Catholic, I do watch/listen to some Protestants and appreciate other people's insight. I look forward to seeing more of these videos!!
Katie, I was brought up Catholic went to Catholic school . In my 50's I've learned I need to be a student to God , his word not a student to men who run a church by man made rules not rules that God established. The man running the church isn't someone that I see as a man of God. I've spoken to many of my life friends who also grew up in the Catholic faith who also don't agree with where this man is leading the church. I'm excited about really learning the love of God by his word not the word of men. God bless.
