Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you today asking for your blessings as a single mom. I’m raising my children with strength and courage, despite the challenges I face with my sons being autistic. Lord as I struggle to pay my rent every month and as I struggle to buy groceries for my children. I ask that you bless me with your wisdom and guidance, as I navigate parenthood on my own heal my lupus and heart disease and continue to give me strength to keep going so I may watch my sons grow into men. ❤

So much confirmation!!! I have been experiencing the resistance and breakthrough for the past year! It hasn't been easy, especially during the breakthrough! Everything changes spiritually and it is terrifying, bringing up the next layer of so much trauma stored in my body, and ancestral lineage! But I recently felt the Lord speak into my spirit, "You are past the point of no return! Just hold my hand, I've got you, don't be afraid, the worst is behind you. Just feel and grieve the death of your "old man" and let "him" go! You are safe now (first time in my life, hard to feel, hard to believe)! He just keeps telling me, "I've been with you through all of it, I know the barriers that have held you down. As you make the radically different choices and surrender your heart to me completely, I know it takes time (it's not at all like the "Christian movies"), but I know the way and you are mine. Nothing can stop you now! Just keep crying out to me, letting all the pain and grief finally surface, you keep rising with me into places you've never seen or been before! Don't be afraid anymore, because this time I am making all things new!" And then He reassures me that we will only go as fast as the slowest part of me feels safe to go! What a loving, faithful, intimate, powerful Savior, Shepherd, Lord....my soul belongs to Him, and Him alone. AND He sent Holy Spirit to guide me and hold me and comfort me! It's not been easy, and I'm still fearful of the unknown (preverbal abandonment and neglect for 19 years, it's been a really scary, traumatic life, so trust and surrendering self-sufficiency is terrifying), but He is so gentle and so understanding, never judges me, but also never relents! He is determined to bring me to Him fully and completely. He truly is irresistible❤❤❤❤❤❤
