GOD MODE SAYU! DPS Healer?! (Genshin Impact) 

She’s a baby Jean basically. Not the best kit, but she’s fun to play and anemo healer isn’t a bad thing

Sayu has a lot to offer... she's quite underrated due to some units in her element which can outshine her

shes basicly a perfect exploration character- her roll allows you to move fast, shes anemo so the resonance helps with stamina and shes a claymore so she can break rocks easily :)

the thing with sayu's burst healing is that she heals the entire team when the active character is being healed. if the active character is with full hp, the heal isn't active. so yeah, she need to swap out to heal sometimes, but can heal the entire team too

*** SAYUS BIGGEST STRENGTH *** is to make xiangling burst hit 2x more often. She does this by rolling ANTI-CLOCKWISE around the opponents. This actually makes a mono pyro xiangling team almost better than a vape xiangling team. Also I love how you have raised Sayu to 90 before xiangling xD

Sayu really feels like mini Jean, both are pretty fun although sayu is a bit clunky sometimes.

I stack attack and energy recharge on her and gave her sacrificial greatsword so that she can spam her ult and proc VV passive without any problems. I found that unless you’re using her as the on field anemo enabler, using her skill to heal/do damage isn’t worth it so I pretty much turned her into an ult bot that heals and swirls off field and I think she works pretty great. If I get her c6 I’m definitely gonna make her the on field enabler though. Pro tip, if you hold her skill just long enough (like for a second) for her to infuse and swirl an element then do the kick, it only has a cooldown of around 6 seconds while still activating the VV passive and generating particles. Much better than holding her skill down for the whole duration if you’re using her like I am.

I love to swirl with her and I play on Playstation so I dont know If it’s harder on PC but she does a lot of damage if you really speed up her rolling (tiny circles) around enemies!

sayu's abilities heals heal both on and off field characters when they trigger elemental reactions but if the big boy is out their alone he can only heal active charechters

Sayu is a super flexible character and i love her smm she was my main from the start

when rolling, try to tap A and D in quick succession to roll back and forth instead of WASD to roll in a circle - you will be able to hit enemies with your swirl faster! - from a healer sayu main :)

Moga, when you travel with Sayu's E and she gets stuck, just roll back and then go around the place that you were stuck in(in other words, just press S.) and there's no need to rotate your camera to control Sayu's E :) You can move with WASD.

Sayu has no grouping but she works well when enemies are grouped so I think that if you want to make her really work U kind of need an anemo character that can group (Kazuha, jean or sucrose)

There's a 3 star weapon called the blood tainted great sword that has a lot of elemental mastery

the Bell at r5 works really good with the millelith set as a support/EM Lifestealer DPS, you can even 1v1 azdaha with the Bell weapon.. i know that many says that the weapon is trash but atleast you dont get interrupted. anemo Aether/Lumine's burst can pick up Sayu's Muji-Muji Daruma ^^

I suggest spamming A and D in her E when you're trying to do damage

Sick farming montage soundtrack. I haven't worked out the exact ratios you should go for, though from my quick and dirty maths you should go for about 3x as much EM as ATK%, and should go for a standard crit > atk substat build except crit > atk > EM (or just crit > EM if she has wolf's gravestone). The EM sands is because there are more external and guaranteed sources of ATK in the game, like the plume or Bennett or Thrilling Tales. This goes even for a "support" Sayu (who should still be using WGS unless you have a better user of it _on your team),_ because EM and ATK both scale healing and you don't really need that much healing to begin with. Her damage is a bonus, but you might as well pump it up since it's mostly off-field sub DPS (and it's stronger than similar characters' off-field DPS, eg Jean and the upcoming Kuki Shinobu). Unfortunately compared to Jean I don't think she can sunfire or I'd say go way harder into EM. Her normals are weak but I love how they look, by the way. Since she's so tiny she can't swing her claymore back and forth and has to incrementally change the direction she's swinging using the momentum of the sword. The reason you barely saw an increase from Bennett's Q was probably that she was using WGS, so atk was showing huge diminishing returns in terms of % of your damage added. With characters like Bennett and Yun Jin you want to stack up multipliers rather than atk on the supported character, since they both add a huge amount of base damage but only small multipliers.

Because she's a claymore user that likes EM, she can actually use shatter quite effectively for a bit of a fun freeze/shatter build.

Iv yet to try that team with Sayu. But let me tell you, Sayu with Rainslasher, EM set, Sucrose, Raiden and any Hydro been what im using lately and is a Fun Chaos

if you apply cryo on sayu and go over water you can ice bridge pretty efficiently with her ^^

Sayu is super fun in an electro charged team! I run her in an electro charged/shattered hybrid comp (it’s honestly just a meme tho). I start with Raiden E for passive electro damage, then Xingqiu E to apply hydro. Then I roll around causing electro charged chaos XD Once Sayu’s roll is on cooldown, I pop Xingqiu’s ult and chongyun’s E, then hit like 18k shatter damage with Sayu. Raiden still helps because superconduct lowers physical resistance for more shatter damage.

Sayu is one of the most fun to play characters but also the weakest out of all anemo-users. She reminds me of my favourite girl Keqing who is also extremely fun to play but pretty much useless in meta compared to other electro characters.

one note to sayu is that her energy regeneration is quite bad so one thing you could do to fix that is to roll a bit and after you get 1 particle from her rolling state, you do the kick generating 3 particles with a cooldown similar to her tap version of her E, also the 3 star weapon bloodstained greatsword has the highest EM stat in the game for a claymore so it would be easy leveling that weapon up and one thing is that even though the EM build deals less damage, the swirl damage it gives pretty much is more DMG in total than pure dps sayu

Sac greatsword is great on her, it helps with ER, offers more utility and allows for lots of rolling around. Better than Rainslasher!

Jumping or sprinting cancels sayu's e

With me only having Sucrose as my other Anemo unit I was kind of forced to build Sayu with 4pc VV and she really is quite good! I also lack Diona so Sayu has taken on the role of VV swirler and healer in my freeze team in abyss and it works quite decently with enough ER. I just slapped my old Prototype Archaic on her that was just gathering dust and 4VV with some ATK/ER substats, 1-6-6 so for me she was cheap to build. I also love using her in overworld once you get used to the roll and know where not to use it she does speed things up quite a lot. Being a Claymore user is so handy for stumbling upon ore deposits as well. I use her in the same team Moga did in the video Ganyu melt with Benny, Xiangling and Sayu. Very comfy playstyle for most overworld content. Highly recommended to build for overworld and especially if you don't have enough Anemo units for abyss.

built her once bec i lacked kazuha and a healer until i got jean. she's pretty cool and is still welcome to my team when i explore overworld. cute is a bonus too.

My exploration/farming/hunting/mining perfect team is ningguang yanfey aloy sayu, they can deal with all resources commission and enemies in overworld Melt, shield, healing, artillery

My Jean has the standard Atk Anemo Crit VV set, while C6 Sayu has EM VV set. I can swap sets between them for Sunfire Jean while Sayu can still function.

You should try to see the buffs she gives. Dont forget that she is Anemo and buffs atack, what means that she can proc viridecent at the same time she buffs your atack. Like having A Sara and a Sucrose at the same time, freeing oyher slot to be added, like in a shogun team Shogun, Sara, Sayu and Bennett, to triple atack buff

Not the best build or most practical team comp, but it’s fun and I like it! I run her with 4pc VV, EM main stat on everything, sac greatsword. Paired with Raiden, Yae, and Kokomi (clam set). Pretty nuts off field damage and literally can’t die with all the healing. Just roll around everywhere and cycle through Bursts when her E is on cooldown she spreads the taser around like no ones business. Prolly can sub in Fischel for either raiden or yae, but not a huge fan of her and I don’t have her raised.

Read her second passive,her burst can heal the whole party but there is a twist,she heals your onfield character let's say for 10k HP and she heals all the other 3 for 20% of the amount she healed the onfield one,so in our imaginary case 2k HP,so healing with her burst if you have all your characters damaged is kinda tricky in the sense that you need to switch to your most damaged character each time the Daruma heals you which can end up healing the most damaged character over the others so another will become the "most damaged" so you need to keep switching,you need to keep your most damaged character in the burst's AoE all the time IF you want to passively heal the others aswel but i found that combining her tricky burst healing with her consistent skill swirl healing is the best so an ATK/EM build is better than a full on ATK build specially at high or max cons,i main her as my healer and she may not be as good at healing as Qiqi for exemple neither is she as consistent with the healing but she is way more fun to use,i wish her swirl healing didn't had the 2 seconds cooldown and it would trigger as often as you trigger a swirl since other healers such as Barbara can trigger a healing wave as often as you can attack during her skill activation so it wouldn't make her OP at all specially given how finicky is to use her,but it is what it is i guess.

Though slower than Ayaka, if you get yourself near a cryo flower (usually found close bodies of water), you can roll a bit in the dry land till the infusion happens, THAN roll over water.

Idk if I want to build her or my c1 Jean. Sayu is c4 btw. Also, I haven't watched the full vid but it's easier to do more hits with sayus e if you spam a and d to go legt right so you'll stay in the same place. The only issue is that she slowly goes back but that isn't that bad

Raiden’s skill attacks during Sayu’s roll, one of the better sayu combos

Sayu works better when you use hold e just for a second so it would count as a hold, then release it immediately. For full roll, it would be better to use sacrificial sword since the rotation would be kinda tricky without it.

This it’s for fully maxed kaeya, so I pray if kaeya is god mode.

I use her in my 2. Account! And she's much better than I thought. Stronger atk and heal is good.

i think she does better with a crowd control like sucrose apply hydro with xingqiu E or barbara E use sucrose burst to swirl hydro and cc (if you can swirl pyro too, that'll be awesome) use xiangling burst then E then roll with sayu multiple times in this scenario, sayu can roll in a small circle like how u would with a single enemy since the enemies are clunked together hitting multiple times than how u would when enemies are scattered

She's fun to play for lazy player like me.I made a team consist of yae,yunjin,thoma and sayu to farm for cryo and hydro set domain and that team literally not need to use AA just drop all skills and roll over and repeat.
