I like how he’s slowly working through each armor set / combination as being the “best” armor in the game. And everything in the game is apparently a “secret” too. I’m surprised people have even heard of the game it’s so secretive.
“Best” really depends on your skill level and play style. I’m sure it could be worded more accurately but it’s all about the clicks and views. It’s relevant information regardless.
Lunda's chest armor with dragon bracers and belt is overpowered as hell. Melts through enemies faster than pretty much every other setup that ive seen if you fight unarmed. The lunda's chest already does extra damage whenever the hits deal poison damage to enemies. Then, when enemies are poisoned, it knocks them down one level which makes the health bar drop even faster. That paired with 50% more damage and being able to deal damage and poison on blocks and parries is ridiculous
Man really hoping they add a “Spartan Generals” armor set in new game plus. Maybe have Strength, Vitality and Cooldown ? A dope perk would be all melee damage is increased after blocking or parrying call it “Spartans Resurgence” I know not much DLC is expected but they did new game plus and new armors for 2018 so I would expect the same thing really.
@@beni6533 I disagree more content means fuck all to how good a game is . Truthfully a great game you should never have to look anything up and the secrets are neat little experiences that gets you coming back. Elden ring does have more secrets . But that’s just one aspect of a video game.

Can't we all just agree God of War sucks and has been ruined by liberals and it's boring! Yes Elden Ring has repeat videos as well, however Elden Ring is just awesome!!
@@johngratton2301 Elden Ring has repeat everything. Bosses, formulas, weapons types.. It's a great game but it's not on GOW or HFW level... You can go home to bed now.
So cool I had that relic that summons the Troll statues but I never knew it would work on that dragon statue. I did try it out before I even knew it would even work on it. Glad I didn't watch this video or others. It's nice to discover something cool they put into the game on your own :)
I used it against GNA As (Dragon chest armor, berserker waist, bersker wrist) & Rond of Expedition on my Shield. That combination allowed me to use the hilt of skofnung up to 5 times in the fight. You should try it.
I'm using the spiritual shoulders for 15 % extra runic damage + belt and waist of the Lunda armor it's my favorite build for give me God of war and what's even more cooler it's not end game armor it makes killing to drekis trivial:).
I've just been using the Nidavellir armor and so far it seems to be the most powerful. Best defense and strength, which is the most important thing to me.
For me it's the effect. Combined with the stun spam from arrows, skills and other effects it's really good. It might not be great for bosses but I need to test some yet. So far best sets for me are Lunda's and Nidavellir. Third one isnpossibly guiding light(chest effect is too much hassle though) or the one with CD reduction, don't remember name.
Tried the build out. Not too impressed for endgame content. Video is also all over the place on trying to figure out what goes where, there's no summary of the full build. Frustrating click bait stuff
Ever since I found how utterly insane the starting gear is if you level it all the way to the max it’s been my top choice for *best all around gear for stat increase!* You don’t receive any armor specific abilities but it’s still without a doubt the *BEST* armor in the game when it comes to overall character balance. Take whatever armor you have equipped and then go to Kratos’ starting armor and max it and look at the insane difference there is. Who cares about armor abilities when you have Amulet Enhancements as well as everything else. Plus whatever stat buff other armor sets have a possibility of giving you doesn’t matter because the starting armor will increase all stats further than any armor ability could, and it’s not situational. Idk if any of that made sense to anyone or if I’m just on an Adderall fueled rant (probably the ladder) but for real, go to the starting gear and max it out and reply with your opinion! I haven’t really heard anyone talk about this so I’m really curious!🫡
This is what I'm doing...have the Starting Chest at Level 8 and maxed the Belt to Level 9...and use the Dragon Bracers. All the Stats go way up after you get it to level 8...before that it looks like ...well the starter armor with nothing fancy. I've gone in and looked where all the Armor does at say Level 8...and I'll take a huge loss on pretty much all the stats especially Vitality, Luck, Cooldown and Runic...I might opt to go with Dragon belt and bracers though...get 50% Melee and Shield Damage instead of 25%....

I have a realm shift builds for you to try that destroys the game on GMGoW got the full platinum with this build pretty easy! chest: giptumadr wrist: undying pyres waist: undying pyres relic: hilt of hofud and all the hilts of the nine realms run 4 asgard and 4 muspelheim enchantments and the emblem of the nine realms and kinetic resilience shield: shatter star you can almost constantly spam runic attacks which charges permafrost, immolation or maelstrom leading to constant realm shifts it has close to 200-300 in every stat and the dps is insane
The burning skies quest where you fight the last dragon is glitched for me. I died the first time I played it and after that it’s just glitched on its perch and a health bar won’t show up
Ya the game feels a little underwhelming now honestly. I still love it and have it 100% Plat GMGOW first playthrough. I just was hoping for more bare handed combat lol. Got so excited when the shield broke I was hoping that would be an option for the whole game!

That's not how I played this set, I used weapons, not bare hands. Used it for stats and some shield dmg on stonewall blast. Also it carried me to 100% on GMGOW.
I am confused. Why should the Dragon scaled + Lundas armor be better than for example the full Lundas set? Dragon scaled doesn't push your bare handed damage at all... Am I missing something?
Even though Lundas wrist and waist grants +40% damage against posioned enemies, the Dragon Scaled wrist and waist grants +50% damage with shield attacks, which you will be doing a lot when attacking with no weapons, plus, the enemies are not poisoned all the time, but most of your hits with bare handed stance are with the shield.
Many of the armors (including the Dragon) look "good", but they don't look like something Kratos would be wearing at all, and they also don't fit the Norse setting. They look more like Roman centurion armors. Also, the poison build, or the one in this video might be easy mode, but it's pretty much one-note, and locks you out of pretty much all skill use. If you need to resort to a build like this, then you may as well just drop the difficulty since it's basically the same thing.
No not really, it's at its best when used with the Lunda amour for the superior poison build, otherwise berserker amour with the triangle spamming attacks etc is easily the best build, the damage is crazy and it can melt bosses faster than the dragon amour could possibly dream of
That dragon in vanahiem why it away respon i kil that dragon 5 time already but it keep comeback but i got xp and item every time so it good for farm item
