Maaan ragnarok is absolutly insane the combat feel so open with every skill every runic and artefacts and more but 2018 is still damn cool and when u take the game in ur hands is masterpiece of combat...
I just started playing GOW 4 last month and boy it was hard at first but became a pro after finishing the game. Right now I am playing the game on new game + for the 2nd time.

Magni and modi randomly having british accents when literally every other aesir shown speaks with an American accent drives me nuts. Odin, thor, heimdall, baldur, sif, etc. Even for 2018 i still can't understand their thought process. They knew baldur was american. Magni and modi would have been raised in asgard alongside baldur. Why would they randomly speak differently? Surely it makes more sense for them to have the same accent being family and living in the same location
What if @santamonicastudio would add a BATTLE ARENA to new game+ or DLC where we can use and control thor, heimdall, baldur, odin and all major bosses like gna, the king etc... and also figth against and between them with tyr, kratos, freya, just imagine using baldur vs heimdall, odin vs thor, tyr vs gna...For example how you did with ZEUS gravedigger in Ghost of Sparta. Would be so AWESOME and perfect ending reward for norse saga for us FANS.

I always use to imagine Asgard cool as hell and Odin but it was kinda a let down I haven’t played GOW 2022 but can’t wait.
What I love most about these videos is your ability to remember to use every single available attack, when to use it, and how to set them up. Its like the entire fight is choreographed, but with RNG the ability to immediately change your plan and end up with the same result is truly impressive. To no-hit a fight is one thing, this is another, this is mastery
5:52 wow, had no idea the old school flame whiplash (i forgot what it was called) could knock Modi out of the air, the sequence afterwards is beautiful too with the retreating slash into hels touch into precision throw then hyperion grapple. I miss some of the old GOW 2018 techniques.
I think something is wrong SMVR is offline on his Twitter account for over 7 months now no engagement on his account and also not posting about Valhalla on his RU-vid account is also really weird he would never do that
I miss Agile Strike so much! Honestly the more I play and watch 2018 it's hard to call Ragnarök a full improvement over it's predecessor. No idea why they removed the barehanded, agile strike, butchered the blades etc.
Agile strike being removed was easily one of the best decisions they made. If they kept it it would've felt to much like the same combat. It was used and spammed so much that they wanted to switch it up. Also the blades in 2018 suck compared to Ragnarok.

omfg thor never killed kratos.... how many times do i have keep spreading the message over and kver again.... 1st, the death screen isn't canon and was just meant to throw players off... 2nd, thor isn't even the strongest norse god when it comes to power and strength because that goes to magni and baldur.... baldur 3 shotted the world serpent and magni is stated in the games lore to be stronger and more powerful than thor which mimir mentions when thor was struggling to lift up a giant since the giant fell in him but magni lifted the giant up with ease and saved his father's life... 3rd, kratos in the lore is beyond life and death... nothing would kill him both physically and dimensionally since hes above that especially when the blade of olympus is stated to negate immortality bur kratos tanked it and healed afterwards
0:25 This is actually Kratos dreaming of being able to use Mjolnir on Thor's sons after getting knocked out by the hammer. lol I bet once GoWR comes out on PC, Mjolnir can be modded as an actual weapon with thunder attacks and cool finishers (if it was originally meant to be used as a fourth weapon). but as of now, the hammer mod from GoW 2018 is the only thing making me think it will be actual dlc content.
