Rebecca, if you read this, I just want you to know that I became a new Christian around the time your first album came it and it helped me grow as a Christian and to be bold and strong in Him. Rebecca St James I met you almost 14 years ago, you were having a concert in the Rock Church of San Diego, CA, but I happen to be sick that day, but you were kind and inspiring by still talking to me and my X. I was not able to say much because of my sickness, but your music during those years really inspired me and still does until today. Rebecca I am happy for you that you are back to singing with a new perspective in life since you suffer some set backs in life three years ago. I do hope and pray your podcast brings a lot of people to Jesus. As you know this nation of America needs God more than ever and not just America but the whole world for that matter. Rebecca may God blessed you and keep you, since you are a truly ambassador of Jesus Christ to bring those that are lost without God; (Matthew 11:28-30) reveals that we could draw near to God, since our own strength is not sufficient to deal with our own emotions and desires based in our own daily lives; since God is willing to give us complete rest! As we draw near to God and give Him our own burdens to Him, since He is willing? Since His yoke is easy and His burden is light!!
I'm so late to this "party" but was pleasantly surprised to read more about Rebecca's "re-entry" into music. I was blessed to hear her sing in concert at an event during Y2K as well as at a fundraising event for a pregnancy clinic. And I had no idea she was related to For King & Country :-). It all makes sense now though! May God bless all of them as they share their talents and may the worship always be focused heavenward!
I love the songs Rebecca has written. I think my favorite is Shadowlands with Alive 2nd on the list. She has ministered to me since she first came on the Christian music scene. She has such a distinctive voice -- both vocally and lyrically. I just read Behind the Lights by her mother, Helen Smallbone, so now I know her family toured together all those years. It's a wonderful family story. The book comes out April 12, 2022.

I’m so glad that she is back. Her music has truly impacted me. For the most part it started my walk with the Lord. I feel the power of God over this whole interview. I love her. Beautiful voice, beautiful soul! Praise God!🙏🏾🔥♥️
Rebecca.. if you ever hear this… remake “God” and so many songs from that album is a now word to speak to this generation coming up..we’re the voice needs to be heard again. We need the reminder and fresh eyes on it!
