I’m a Christian, and this man is SUCH a great representative of Christ! Respectful, non-judgmental, lifts people up, and loves everyone. I love him! Cried with him when he got emotionally overwhelmed by the love story of Adam and Eve in Paradise Lost!
There is one criticism in particular with the idea of god's ego death that allowed for creation and freewill. Creation itself is a dualistic process. And then you have to contend with the idea that he also says that god is one. So here it is implied that god is non duality. And the act of creation is to divide god unto himself. This seems to relate more with the sumerian emerald tablets. In which the original creator didn't even intend for us to be created. But it was a lessor god who did so. Now this is going into gnostic territory. But I don't see how otherwise this contradiction would make sense. What do you think?
