My issue is *very* *poor* *mind* *control* : poor mind control causes me to be *completely* *at* *the* *mercy* *of* whichever mood I happen to be in at the time. In a contented frame of mind (mood) - I genuinely feel *no* *animosity* *of* *any* *kind* towards anyone (including myself) ; but in a less contented mood... I genuinely start to think chaotically. Whenever a bout of *mind* *chaos* strikes (and it strikes me at numerous times each and every day)... I become anxious ; Cruel and malicious of thought (malicious in terms of grudge bearing) ; Then I start remembering things - things that "ought to be" *long* *forgotten* (if only I were able to repel those intrusive reminiscences). . . . . I know that only I can make the necessary changes ~ I have to do it... and I shall. It is nice to share my nighttime thinkings, and to be sharing those thoughts with friends.
