Love the example of the gold! Heating the gold more and more until all the impurities are worked out of the gold. How do you tell if the gold has been heated up long enough? Until you can see your reflection in it. God allows us to go through trials to build our character. The more we go through the fire, the more the impurities come to the surface and burn away so God can see he reflection in us! Praise Jesus our redeemer that takes away our sins. Actually, Jesus took care of all our sins, past, present, and any future, and God sees us in Jesus who suffered for us, died and rose from the dead so we have the blessed assurance of salvation to live eternal with our Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ.

You have been tested (Tribulations), You have endured (Perseverance) and now You can be trusted (Character) - God can see Himself/His Character in you and now you have Hope -> expectation that God is going to work things out and Hope does not disappoint. Romans 5:1-5 Rejoice because tribulations ultimately come to test and promote you if you persevere then character will be developed and Hope will be formed and Hope does not disappoint. Jesus Is Lord.

Praise God!.. Just yesterday, i questioned this same thing, really i don't understand why so much trails and tribulations. Yes i asked God for strength and to be stronger. Now I know He is preparing me..

Great message!!! But after watching TD Jakes, Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn, Joel Osteen, etc. this message is so common. How can this message get me closer to our Lord and savior? Or was this message ment for me to feel good, because after watching this message "I feel GREAT!!!
