I think this video confirmed something about damage reduction. We know that it acts very weird but that is because if an atk card does 200% of atk damage 30% damage reduction lowers it to 170% instead of 140% which would actually be 30%. This system makes damage reduction actually feel non existent for 2* and 3* cards. But for HP Scaled Skills (and likely defense too) the damage reductions actually work how one would think they do so that her skill does 20% max hp damage with 30% damage reduction she only does 14% max hp (extra damaging effects also add a whole new layer of weirdness to that).
Wouldn’t damage reduction work on the final damage of the attack cause say you have the 200% and you had the 30% reduction if it lowers it to 170% that wouldn’t effect the crits that increase damage after the 170% is already applied
Its just sad they released chaos arthur with his nigh-immortal mechanics and suddenly drops Gelda with the exact same thing but does it better. This shit is not right it is straight up bs.

@@adamiixx8215 this game was so good when it first dropped, they were doing good things with it then they started pay walling majority of the game lol if you remember Seatin that's where the downfall started and his points have only gotten more valid as its gotten much worse as time has went on
@@liamiapatiaso true. I remember when red Gowther, blue Galland and counter Meli were the absolute best. Also blue king with Helbram were and Elaine were meta. I did not pull green Escanor early, so green Jericho was main unit for the main portion of the first year lmao. Besides all the horrible paywalls and how hard some PvE content is when you're F2P and the paywalling, the first wave of "good" units is completely obsolete now and now probably have no way to ever become relevant again.
Just got back on this game after a long while, got her only with those tickets and she's been carrying me on every event Got her with Assault meli and Executor Zeldris and she stills cooks, great unit for a non-fest
@@solblaze8055 he's nothing when his whole team dies. You saw in the video Gelda with her whole team dead still pretty much unkillable with 900k hp. If you are using arthur team and you go second your chances of winning immediately drops and you can keep him from getting his stacks with monspeet commandment and his healing can also be blocked but not the case for Gelda which makes her immune to it.
@@AUF09exactly and let's not forget the insane support gelda has just cuz she's demon. Arthur might be able to compete a bit if there were proper support units to help him but as it has always been humans kinda bad and 1 unit wont just change everything. They gotta start releasing some proper human units it's getting kinda ridiculous at this point
@@thevenom7599 we all know NM likes to release characters that counters the previous or does better so we can expect they will release someone with maybe a good HP reduction card /passive so you can burst Gelda with her passive. Until then just gotta endure 2 weeks of cancer PVP.
Gelda in demon team is good cause she exist just to put pressure to arthur so if he didnt take out either gelda meli he is screw Also Demon king can hit real hard too
@@liltiachan9694Demon King can’t do it. Gelda can eat a L3 after his buff just fine, and since she can’t be heal blocked she’s just gonna heal back up with Tarm link.
Gelda is stupid. I had 100k cr more than the opponent and gelda alone wiped my entire team. Could not kill her with escanor, liz, mael, margaret 64-74k per member - she just won't die with the tarmiel grace until you get to 10% hp reduction except her hp is so massive 10% is nothing and she can just ult your remaining team members once you eat about 50% worth of health reduction. Why do we play Elite?
Question, would it not be better to start out with the lifesteal card, for max heals and just worry about aoe later? Or is it not worth waiting, and just instead biding time for more of her cards. Because I feel like it would be quite difficult to max out her passive if you didn’t, in an unknown team. Since she doesn’t have demons lifesteal, and even when she does, would not the single target be better?
I gave her lifesteal crit.... I know i might made a mistake but dang in demon king boss fight she melted him alone....too bad corrosion killed her before final blow
Why always the game make Arthur bad he just cam and so fast they dropped his counter. This is the worst thing in this game make you spend gems on 900 banner then make the counter next with 600 or 900 other gems and make the game do through this loop. LATER THOSE CHARACTERS WILL COME TOGATHER IN SAME BANNER ( THIS IS WHY I THINK BETTER TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COME TOGATHER IN THE SAME BANNER , SO YOU CAN SAVE GEMS) as a F2p this is my advice.

Gelda is super fun man when her passive gets going she becomes near unkillable and she shreds through arthur like crazy Also Nag try dora Chan team of green melascula, assault meli, and gelda. It’s definitely a whale only team but he made her hit like a monster and have over 1.5 million hp, she was hitting for 800k on rank 1s
Arthur teams really took a big hit with just gelda alone, if they leave her to build herself she just runs through them when her passive builds up doesn’t help that she has type advantage over escanor and arthur
it just depends, if you have a built up human team then go for it, but if u have a built up demons team instead and you barely touched humans team summon
