Amen thank you reader for sharing the scriptures with us. I believe the Lord wants us to be prosperous in all ways which doesn’t always mean finances. When He can see us deal well with prosperity and we don’t shun Him or spend on negativity it pleases Him in my opinion. We need to be good stewards of every aspect in life. To encourage and bless others if we can. To seek a closer walk with Him can never be bought. It is priceless but is the most valuable asset we can have. To bring someone to the Lord is also priceless as the knowledge of the Lord has given that person eternal life and not doomed to hell. Our attitude is what counts so much. If anything makes us go further from the Lord it is best to get rid of that quickly. Our closeness is very important in learning His way and learning patience in waiting. We will always receive what He want when He wants if we keep Him as the head of our life! All my own understanding 🙏🛐

I have wondered why He has had even me, with a small business after being fired repeatedly - get more an more material goods, and doesn’t seem to be punishing me for doing well… perhaps he LIKES to bless us as he sees our ability to handle wealth increase … as I’ve heard it said though, it’s easier to handle poverty than riches & remain faithful to God

There is love. You are loved. Even if you can’t feel it, because of the chains you’ve been under, and the evil one constantly lying to you about your worth. But I promise you’re loved. God loves you. Jesus loves you. The Holy Spirit loves you. And for whatever this means to you right now - even though I’m a stranger to you - I love you. I love you for who you are in the middle of your suffering. I love you because you’re still alive in spite of the pressure you’re facing. I lost a good friend, and two first cousins, to suicide. And I don’t want that - and the following consequences - to happen to you. I want to see you start to break free from the evil one’s grasp. The big move to have to take is so easy that you won’t believe it. All you have to do is accept Jesus. You don’t need to excuse or explain a thing. He wants you just where you’re at, right now John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him shall have everlasting life. Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; He doesn’t change his mind like humans do. The devil is a liar. And he’s lying to you. From John 8:44 He was a murderer from the beginning and a hater of truth- there is not an iota of truth in him. When he lies, it is perfectly normal; for he is the father of liars. Please, accept Jesus. Talk to him. He can hear everything you say. Tell him you’re done fighting this thing on your own, and ask him to come in to your heart. He will. No question. And he will stay, even when you screw up - which we All do. You will not regret it. I’ll pray for you, too. Right now.

Perhaps a materially rich age like ours is more subject to valuing self-denial because it’s “different” and seemingly on a higher plane to deny oneself, and we are often rebels who long see ourselves as trend-setters; this along with the communist / globalist self-denial of the “sky is falling!” narratives of fear-porn the elites push, should have us all praying for the MIDDLE ROAD, of Proverbs 30:8 and following: though even Martin Luther was reputed to say “sin BOLDLY, if you must sin.” Proverbs 30:8: “Remove far from me falsehood and lying; give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with the food that is needful for me, lest I be full and deny you and say, “Who is the LORD?” or lest I be poor and steal and profane the name of my God.”

NO, Jesus wants us holy and obedient. He wants us filled with His joy. Happiness depends on circumstances joy and peace are gifts of the Spirit that stay no matter what the circumstances. God wants you happy is a lie and nowhere found in scripture.
