In this clip, Godfrey gives his take on whether or not a person can remain racist after having a biracial child. For Godfrey, he believes white people can compartmentalize so well that having a biracial child wouldn't expel their racism. He went on to explain how white people can love parts of other cultures without having any love for the people of that culture.
Later on, Godfrey and DJ Vlad discussed the term "culture vulture." They chop it up about whether the accusations against Vlad of being a culture vulture are valid. Godfrey also gives an example of who he believes is a culture vulture when he tears into Justin Timberlake.

A culture vulture is any nonblack, especially White, person who perpetrates or exploits Black people or Black culture for monetary or social gain. Often, but not exclusively, without giving credit to the source. The last part is indicative of appropriation or culture appropriation. Hope you read that so that you can understand that no matter how well intended you are, you won't be able to escape the label with your choosen career path.

There's an interview with Lord Jamar where he explains the definition of what a "Culture Vulture" is and he agreed with him. So for Vlad to act like he did not know what the definition of a "Culture Vulture" was and how it applies to him IS the compartmentalization that Godfrey speaks about it's also known as cognitive dissonance.

Not to mention also that if Vlad asks a question, or before the interview the person doesn't want something asked. Then Vlad doesn't ask it, or if something is said he will edit out that part, and it will NEVER see the light of day. He does this out of RESPECT for the person he is interviewing. No other interviewer will do that. All the others want the person to say something wrong so they can promote it, and use it to get ahead, and Vlad doesn't do that.
