I prefer the kádas gambit where after dxc6 black plays e5. Obviously it is much more dubious but extremely fun and leads to interesting positions. I would love to see a video on that.

all the pieces that are closer to the middle in the start are called pawns, the tower looking pieces are rooks, the horses are knights, the one with a cross is the bishop and then you have the king on the left and the queen on the right
