Godox has made it so simple to photograph virtually anything with they’re compact flash units and being without cables it’s just amazing

This was fun to see because for about 10 years I worked for a very large food manufacturer doing photos for market research. Typically we (the food stylist and I) worked with two 2400ws flash power packs and about four heads, plus some fill cards. Of course we were always annoyed by having so many cables underfoot (power cables, flash-head cables, tether cable) so it's impressive to see what nice results Mr. Weinstein is getting with a small, cordless kit!

I’d be lost without my Godox lighting that’s for sure, easy to set up, very portable and most importantly produces the shots I and my clients need. I just need more kit for video lol going to cost me more money

Thanks Richard - I shoot a lot food and drink in restaurants and bars in the UK. I usually shoot near window light and use small leds to push a bit into the shadows. I'd like to try lights because obviously Im at the mercy of available daylight. I was thinking of using 2 AD100, one shooting through a transparent reflector leaning against the table (usually no room for a light stand), the other AD100 putting a bit of light back into the shadows at the front of the food, so basically a back lit scenario. Do you think this could work in cramped space.

nice tuto ! do you know the difference between ads60s and famous ads65s ? 65S has more rod so more parabolic:round and has internal diffuser... ? it seems that 60s is also advised for video with ML60bi.
