In the flash there is something like a distance scale starting from 0.5m-18m, While shooting in manual mode with a power of 1/4 and f 5.6 it shows 9.0m. Does it mean for that power the flash needs be placed at 9.0m from the subject? Thanks for your prompt response always.

Yes with compatible tigger and camera the Flash will work in HSS .

1 .Sony hot shoe mount is Unique 2. Yes For Canon you have to buy X1T (C)

Hi Sony Hot shoe mount is totally different so pls dont try to mount the flash on the camera . You can use it as an off camera flash with Godox X2 Trigger for Sony or Canon
