It is great of Godrej to not have created a 4 bhk out of this 🙂 Jokes apart, potential buyers should get a clear idea about water supply once they get possession. The usual tactic is to get an undertaking from Panchayat that they would supply piped water. But in reality you will get tanker water for years to come. Second important thing is to ensure that you get individual independent parking. Else you may be stuck with a stacked parking.

1-1.2 cr price jayega...spacious hai bohot... 3 toilet ki jarurat nahi hai... 2 thik hai... Room 8 by 8 ke kar do.. 4 bhk ho jayega ismein.... Aadami ko sona hi toh hai bedroom mein.... couple Dinbhar toh office mein hoga... bachche school mein.... Parents honge toh woh balcony mein baithe rahenge wait karate....

The connectivity to Manjiri from Kharadi is still piece of doubt. Visiting this place at night time will be sure the journey of adventure as VTP won't be delivering soon and only godrej residents have to travel via those narrow roads at night Regarding flat....very compact rooms, plus if you will see, bathing space is very small than commode space and wash basin which make it even worse. Why don't they build premium large carpet flats no idea

AC in outdoor balcony...will give good home to pigeon 🐦 and hot air flow to keep your coffee ☕ mug warm when u stand over there. AC out flow will burn out all garden of our balcony

I dont think a well educated buyer will ever buy flat in this godrej projects.... Giving out so much money just for brand and too many amenities (that we dont even use) is a real non sense behaviour I too have bought compact 3bhk but the layout is so much better than this.. Btw build quality is also not that good, you will face leakage problems in starting years itself.... And as mentioned by someone where is the water supply, if the basic need is not getting fulfilled why are this buyers blindly putting money just because its proximity to IT park🤦🤦🤦
