Imagine this sounds when you are climbing the staircase up to the Hall of Origins, you can't run, ride your bike or go back. It's only you and your Pokémon, and when 5 minutes of staircase with this playing finish, you finally see Arceus, and battle with him, with God itself, who doesn't have a battle theme. Only the wind blowing.

Your pokemon bow down, praise the God Pokemon. You don't know what else to do, but watch as everything you loved, or wanted to do, either disappears, or becomes true. Awaiting God's Judgment._*

You feel it could be your last moment on earth. You feel fear invading your body. You feel your hand shaking while you're grabbing your first Pokemon. You feel this is the end. There's no wayback. You're facing God himself. Accept your judgment.

I could imagine, if Platinum were more of a stereotypical "prophesied hero" tale, with some disaster that needs preventing or a villain needing to be stopped, you'd have to go on some kind of pilgrimage to try and battle and catch the other gods, as a kind of proof of your divine rite and having to earn the way up Mt. Coronet. And then, when you reach Arceus' Hall, and he looks down upon you, you walk up to him, bow deeply, and then walk to your side of the arena silently. No pleasantries need to be exchanged, no explanations on either side. You both know what must be done.

I’ve listened to a lot of remixes of Arceus’s theme, but none of them even hold a candle to this one. This isn’t just another theme, this is everything that Arceus should be. You’re not staring down just another legendary Pokémon, you’re in the presence of a divine entity that only looks like a Pokémon. This won’t be a battle, this is the end of your journey.

You feel the glare of Arceus upon your frail, weak body. Your Pokemon stare in awe and fear, at their creator The very god that made the world you know and love, casts his judgement upon you and your team After closing it's eyes, it suddenly opens them...and it speaks... "You...I can see you before me...and yet...I also see you in Hoenn, saving it from Kyogre, but also Groudon...but clearly I also see you in Kanto, facing the genetic Mewtwo...And yet I see you with Ho-oh and Lugia as well in Johto...And then upon a great weapon that shook the world that ended a war in Kalos...and then about to stop a madman from destroying the world and creating an 'ideal' one in his image...and finally facing a creature from another dimension in Alola...these aren't visions of the future...they're happening as we stand...yes, you are the one..."

It doesn't seem to sound like the actual battle theme. It would work really well in a game centred around Arceus as the pokemon at the end that you climb up huge stone stairs to get to.

This sounds like the theme that would play during a scene of Arceus constituting with other legendarily, at the end of an episode of an anime about mystery dungeon! Just imagine it! This remix is so epic!

This sounds more like the theme you hear in the presence of Arceus but not battling it

Imagine if they added arceus to smash but as a character

This is a story befiting such a divine entity: The golden gates that resemble His holy ring are trashed by Pokemon that were imperfect to Him and as such were sent to an alternate dimension known as the Wastevoid. The invaders were impure, possessing qualities and traits He did not desire. They were known as the Impurities. The Impurities wanted vengeance against their creator, so they tarnished the holy gold of his city by breaking apart the towers, pillars and homes composed of clouds and air. There was a giant golden ring resembling His own ring that stretched across the entire city. It levitated,undisturbed until one of the Impurities flew high enough to somehow inconceivably scratch the ring. Moments after, the giant floating being glows red with rage. A black and gold beam shoots from the ring onto the entire city. Then a tall, menacing white shadow descended from the ring. There He was, the entity whose worshipers adopted His patterns and His ring as a symbol of order. He descends, His eyes glowing red with anger, then He reveals His true appearance. The Impurities tremble with fear,instantaneously regretting their transgressions as the figure of light stares down coldly at His scrapped designs. The leader of the impurities has the nerve to try to attack Him, which proved useless as the figure of light used his imperial light to tear the impurity apart into many atoms that were then discarded into a gray glowing sphere that the figure of light took with him during his descent. The impurities are trembling and bawling. The figure of light looks up with his furious eyes and says in an almighty voice " You impure wretches! You had the gall to tarnish MY civilization??!! As punishment, I shall tear you to the smallest of atoms and discard your parts to be recycled into actually PURE designs!!". He uses His light once again to rip apart all the impurities. He then discards their parts into the gray sphere. And then He shapes the sphere into a javelin which He then throws into a white hole He created, where the atoms are them put together into some of His pure designs. He then rises again. His people watch with joy as He returns to the ring from where he came, into a dimension even higher than their own. All the damage done by the impurities is then undone by his light and the people rejoice as they call out his name:"Arceus!".

This is it. You look at the flute and begin to play. Stairs erupt from the ground leading to heaven. Music echos in your head. It’s not being heard. But being projected into your head. You haven’t even started up the stairs and you already feel like an insufficient gnat. You begin walking. And walking. It takes forever but you finally make it. You see god. As he looks at you he seems to grow. He’s already towering over you and yet he seems to get bigger. This is god. What are you supposed to do against such a creature. Something so.. magnificent. Something that made everything around you. Something that MADE YOU. You approach and get ready for the one battle you don’t think you can win. You’ve never doubted your self up until now. You’ve never fought god. You’ve faced gods. But not god. You doubt you’ll make it out unscathed. *if alive at all*

This sounds like the prelude to a final boss fight from a 2001 RPG!Trust me,that's one of the highest compliments you can receive!

This Theme Played For Arceus Purposely Placing Cynthia in that house to see people suffer

You walk up the steps to the spear pillar once again. But this time there is something..different. You have all three of the gods you caught on your journey. And once you get to the top you hear a voice "one of space.....one of time....one of the darkness" you question what you just heard. All of a sudden a glowing staircase emerges. You walk up them and at the top you see something. A ghostly shadow of what looks like a pokemon. Nothing but glowing orange eyes and a cloud of grey. You fight it and it goes down rather easily but it was still quite hard. All of a sudden the voice appears again. "That was but a test young one." "You still have a challenge ahead of yourself" "You captured the three of creation." "All three guardians" "All the titans" "The one of magma" "Gods of dreams and nightmares" "The guardian of the oceans" "The being of nature" "You caught them all" "Except one...." "The creator of all" "The origin pokemon" "Your final challenge" "I, ARCEUS CHALLENGE YOU!" "IF YOU ARE WORTHY YOU MAY CAPTURE ME!" "BUT I SHALL LET YOU KNOW YOU HAVE ONLY ONE SHOT AND I WON'T TAKE THIS LIGHTLY!" "HAVE AT THEE!" You encounter Arceus!!

Is there like anyway this could be made in a gba soundfont or even put in a gba romhack as it is? Because this is a beautiful track and I feel like it deserves to get that kind of love and recognition. It sounds most like a really hype Elite 4 approach theme or even a theme for a regional Pokemon League.

i like how at the start, it (at least i think) uses the DPPt Soundfont, but then as it goes on, the trumpets and chanting are joined by higher quality sounds, like harps, violins, and electronic noises. Like others have said: It is a fitting theme for the ascent towards the Hall of Origin: You begin in the familiar known world, but as you ascend, and the world from which you came grows wider beneath you, the sound of that world is joined by the strings and drums: the sounds of a heavenly orchestra. But the familiar soundfont never sounds out of place, because it isn't: because your world, too, was created by Him. Your world, too, sings for Him.

Cyrus has bound all of the creation trio. He is ready to begin forming his perfect universe. The power is there, at his fingertips. Then.... Silence ensues as the sky parts. Glowing light comes from an unknown light as Arceus arrives. This theme begins to play, and Arceus has come to deliver his wrath. You can feel both the power.... and the sheer anger of "what MORTAL has the AUDACITY to ENSLAVE MY CHILDREN AND CREATE A NEW UNIVERSE?!" After erasing Cyrus from existence for trying to do such deeds, he turns to the Galactic Admins who run away screaming. He looks down at you and thank you for your efforts in stopping Cyrus. Arceuse breaks the chains bounding his children. They then ascend back into the sky (or down to the Distortion World), and the day is saved. You notice something is on the ground where Arceus was. You pick it up, and its an Azure Flue. Inscribed upon it is "Blow into this flute to summon Him." You know you will be back later at this here pillar.

My,my, I might say this is one of the most magnificent remixes I have ever heard. It has so much potential that a Trainer can do more. It makes them feel encouraged and fight like its not a joke. Th-They just give them so much hope of becoming the Pokemon Champion in any of the regions, Kanto to Alola. Their dreams is being the best they can to beat Arceus. To show Arceus that they have the power to be a Trainer as good as N or Cynthia or Iris.

This is really powerful. The only way you could ever hear the original theme was through cheating. Just you and god itself. The silence in riddled between the higher notes emphasises this. Just you. Against the original one. Shame you could catch him. :(

I found this remix on your Souncloud before. I must say I really love what you have done here. I really have the feeling I'm facing a god when I'm listening to this piece. Only one problem (which is not really one for me) : This could almost have been its own thing, I can hear similarities with the original theme but it's hard to tell if it's really a remix or if this was just inspired by Arceus battle theme.
