The flashback for Divine Order finishes in 10 hours first of all so you need to meet this window if you want to play. Fragments depend on rank. The fragments went down but rewards did not. I suggest you read the article here godsunchained.com/blog/home
Guild deception definetly cheaper and more viable, but harder to pilot. Aggro war needs cards like woodcutter imps to be mythic viable, but its pretty much brainrot autopilot.
