Oh my God, is that a Mecha-MUTO? I swear I've seen fan art similar to that thing in the trailer, so if that's what it is that's gonna be cool as hell. I also like the post-apocalyptic look to the city, really shows what a giant-monster attack would do to society.

I already said this before, but I'll say it again for the hell of it When the trailer dropped at 2012 Comic-Con, THIS was the movie I was expecting. they made it look like this was going to be the darkest and scariest Godzilla yet. Godzilla would be a soulless killing machine appearing in cities and laying waste to them in minutes with powerful atomic breaths and a roar so loud it scattered concrete. Shin Godzilla's atomic breath cut through buildings like a hot knife through butter, but this Godzilla's breath obliterated entire blocks. the military would launch several nukes but all they did was slow him down. by the end of the film, half of America would be in flaming ruins and Godzilla only retreated from injuries and exhaustion Other monsters would appear, especially that multi-armed worm monster seen in the trailer, but are quickly disposed of as Godzilla's power is just too overwhelming. a Kaiju sized version of One Punch Man. Godzilla is a unstoppable force with the only immoveable object being Kong. heck, even the 2016 trailer to Skull Island made Kong look like he was going to be a savage killer that attacked on sight. I thought the bloody handprint he left on the side of a mountain was from another monster he had killed and was using that blood to mark his territory. if you smell blood, you're on his property While I still enjoyed the official movies we got, I still hope one day we'll see a savage and vicious Godzilla. Shin was creepy but he didn't leave the same feeling of dread like the 2012 trailer. for one, he just mostly wandered into town rather than blowing stuff up the instant he arrived. but that's just my opinion
