Em is a goat, I feel people that grew up with him have grown with im, and people that didnt dont understand him. First album i bought was em show, so I grew with im and also was a bit late but still early enough to learn him. Most talented rapper to day and will listen to his music to either im dead or he is.
You guys need to do a breakdown like this of all of revival because that album is so complex most people didn’t get it and never went back but you 2 will love all the levels. It’s amazing when you actually see how complex it is. So underrated

If you actually have ADHD (i do) the medication you take helps focus you but I’d you don’t have it and you take it, it makes you manic. The chemicals effect your brain different if you actually have ADHD.

I love your breakdowns! It's interesting that even after watching a lot of reactions, there will still be people who catch things or point out things that haven't yet been caught or pointed out. I also really love it when you focus on the beats and the background of the productions. In the hook, Juice WRLD says, "When the moon shines like Ice Road Truckers"... 1) I agree with the ice road truckers driving at night with the moon shining, but that's also like how when you travel late at night (when the moon is shining), its called the red eye. Red eyes would be connected to a monster AND being fucjed up and being red eyed from drugs and alcohol. 2) Moonshine is booze (which goes with the theme of drinking and turning to a monster or godzilla), AND moonshine is frequently connected to trucker. Like truckers drink moonshine.

What i find annoying about those people is when they come into rap, they run their mouth like they know, when they obviously don't know shit. I swear rap is the only genre of music folk come into and they come in with disrespect thinking there is nothing for them to learn & they are quick to criticize artists too You can rhyme two or three words with the same spelling if they have different meanings Flyer - paper ads you hand out AND Fly_er - being cool and awesome (urban definition) and you can also rhyme two words that mean the same if the other parts of the rhyme is the MAIN rhyme scheme.....................so like.... you are rhyming the same words but that is not the main scheme for that particular line/bar.
"Harakiri", cutting open your belly (literally what it means, "hara" means "stomach" or "belly" and "kiri" means "slaughter" or "cutting"). It is certainly not pronounced "harry carry", but a lot of people do it, so it might count, as if it's about homophones, as long as it "sounds" understandable, it's correct.

i think you prefer the version with Royce, not gonna lie, i prefer that version too i used to think Royce wld feel some type of way for Em's decision but i found out from an interview Royce did, that it was an admin issue, with the contract in place Em couldn't do 2 songs with Royce he had to do one or the other, so Regenage got the chop.

Loving your breakdowns of these amazing Em songs. I like that you pick out the musical changes so well. I only hear the lyrics and hardly notice the music, so it's nice to become aware of that other level. Not sure if anyone caught it, but Tom, Dick, and Harry is an old movie about a woman courted by three different men, which is where the saying "every Tom, Dick, and Harry" came from. Also, I'm thinking Apache refers to the Sugarhill Gang song.

You guys caught way more than I did but check out I'm posse'd up but he pronounces it pozi'd up. A posi rear end in a car means both wheels are turning at the same time. But also applies to posi music meaning positive music.
The line, "Better hit the deck like the card dealer" is a triple. 1) Hit the deck like the phrase used to warn people when there's an incoming threat. 2) Hit the deck like the card dealer... as in the card game blackjack. 3) Hit the deck like the CAR DEALER... on a car the "deck" is another word for the truck lid of a car. When a car salesman is trying to make a sale, the cliché thing they do at the end of their pitch is to smack the car and say some cheesy line to try to get you to buy it.

You guys get so many of these so many people miss, great breakdown, I think the only one that I've heard someone else get that I didn't see in here was "I'm unavoidable I'm on the toilet bowl", which is, you void when you're on the toilet, but that might be reaching. It would explain the rhyme though.
