The Baragon suit has been used to portray many Ultraman kaiju from Pagos in 1964's "Ultra Q" to Neronga (the one that turned into Baragon), Magular, and Gabora in the original Ultraman series. The blinking red light on Ultraman's chest is called his "Color Timer" which literally shows how much power he has left; blue being full power and red meaning he is running out of power.
