To be fair, most of the Egypt fight Kong wasn't really trying to fight, while godzilla was bloodlusted to kill kong. (And this is coming from someone whos more of a godzilla fan.)

Being realistic it’s hard to give the fight to anyone because Kong wasn’t even trying to fight in the first place. But if I had to choose a winner then it’d be Godzilla since he was the one trying his best to end Kong quickly.

when I hear people saying Kong knocked out Godzilla I wouldn't call it a knockout. In my opinion a knockout is when you get knocked out cold and you don't get up. Kong punched Godzilla and he was still fighting. That punched didn't even do that much damage since Godzilla got up and almost killed Kong.
