This actually makes destoroyah even more than just a opponent of godzilla, he didn’t just fight him to start all this trouble, he killed Godzilla’s favorite dedicated ally’s like rodan and anguirus which makes it the hardest part to watch.
That's because Destoroyah is one of the most intelligent Kaiju alongside Space Godzilla to hurt Godzilla physically and emotionally. Destoroyah killed Godzilla Junior to emotionally hurt the King of the Monsters in the movie: Godzilla vs Destoroyah. Destoroyah knew what it was doing.
Originally, the ending of Godzilla vs Destoroyah would’ve had Godzilla take Destoroyah with him while the JSDF fired there freezer weapons at him, causing Destoroyah to die in the process, though this scene still excises in the manga for the film

Muy conmovedor y demasiado triste fue este capítulo ;( Es por eso que Destoroyah es el Villano definitivo de toda la saga de Godzilla, el mismo sabe como destrozar emocionalmente y fisicamente al Rey de los monstruos. Quiero ver ya el final de esta saga.
Apesar de estar vendo novamente a parte triste da morte de mais um dos amigos do Godzilla, o Anguilus, e a mistura de tristeza com ódio que ele sentiu por não poder ter ajudado eles em tempo, o único que poderia ajudar o Kong e o Godzilla é o Space Godzilla. Se a Mothra não aparecer pra ajudar eles, vai ser muito difícil de vencer o Destroyah.

I’m a little confused as to why 2019 Goji has the 2014 design. Also, if Godzilla called ALL the other titans at the end, does that mean we’ll also see the return of Methuselah, Scylla and Queen MUTO? Not to mention a certain turtle teased in part 2… But either way this continues to be a spectacular series! Cara, agora que eu percebi, após kong ter jogado a lança na cara de Destoroyah, um corte azul apareceu em seu rosto, e quando kong persebeu isso, ele disse "é isso". E no memento que eu vi essa cena eu fiquei me perguntando, é isso o que? Mas observando agora, vejo que provavelmente kong viu que de alguma forma que à uma chance de derrotalo, mas não sei como, provavelmente porque o corte que a lança fez no Destoroyah poderia impedir ele de se regenerar? Será que vai ser assim que ele será derrotado? Ou estou viajando?
